Beach nest
This is a beautifully updated property and my family really enjoyed our stay. It is very spacious home even though it only has 2 bedrooms and beautifully decorated. There was a discrepancy between the online description and the actual bed in the 2nd bedroom but the rental agency wa. Dry responsive and it all worked out fine. The kitchen has all top of the line appliances as well as the washer and dryer in the huge laundry room. The throw rugs were a little dirty on arrival but I was able to wash them and requested a vacuum to clean the large LR rug. The screened porch is lovely and rooftop patio allows views of both the beach and the bay. It’s not actual waterfront property but only 1 house away. There was construction taking place at one of the houses on the property (there are 3) but there was minimal noise or disruption. And one of the guys was very kind when I took a tumble over a cable on the path to the beach. I would love to stay here again and could see this being a great place for a long rental as well.
