Beautiful place short walk to beach

We enjoyed our stay at The Lime Margarita. It was newly renovated , clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and a short walk to the beach .

A nice condo in a nice location. A few minor improvements could be made to the property but the owner/management was very responsive when I reached out during our stay and took care of our needs.

Lime Margarita at the Anchorage - Ft. Myers Beach

The property was as advertised, clean and nice for 2 people. It was so close to the beach - a 5 minute walk. We had everything we needed. Had some TV issues but Property Manager was very responsive, which was great. Also, I would suggest a small dining table on the screened-in porch to make it more usable for the upstairs condos.

Nice family weekend!

We spent 4 nights here in June and had a very enjoyable stay. The condo is newly renovated and updated. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony drinking coffee and relaxing. The location is very quiet and comfortable. Due to the heavy traffic and parking challenges on the island, we would recommend bringing bikes to access the restaurants and shopping on the north side of Estero Island. Beach access was a short 10 minute walk from the condo. There is a coin operated laundry on the lower level as well. Overall, we had a great stay! Thanks!

Quite and Peaceful

Very quite neighborhood. Short walk to the beach which was beautiful. Any inconvenience with the property was promptly solved by the manager.

Beautiful place and Great Location

This condo was mid-island, perfect location. The beach was a short walk and not overcrowded. We had our 17 year old son with us for spring break. Other families stayed within a couple of blocks, it was very convenient to walk to their place or meet at the beach. The property manager was responsive when we needed additional towels and a light bulb changed. We would definitely stay again. Be sure to check out Doc Fords and Coconut Jack’s!
