Pumpkin Pines

Beautiful 2 bedroom cabin sitting atop of the famous lookout mountain. Tastefully decorated throughout. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed with an entrance door to the rear deck and hot tub. The second bedroom has a full size bed. This is the perfect location to see Little River Canyon, DeSoto Falls and Mentone. The adventurous Little River Canyon is only 1 turn and 4 miles away. You can also be at the DeSoto State Park in just a short 8 minute drive. Extremely convenient to all of the must see shops, top rated hiking trails and some of Alabama's greatest waterfalls all within some of the shortest drives. If getting out and exploring isn't your thing, we have TV's in every room with plenty of movies and tv shows to stream through while you relax away.

Very nice and private 4 person hot tub enclosed on the rear porch with multi color lights for setting the perfect mood. A very unique oversized fire pit with river rock and large sitting boulders, dimmable outdoor lights around the firepit makes this a perfect area to enjoy and not to mention cooking out on the charcoal grill while roasting marsh mellows on the fire.

We are very communicative and will happily guide you to the areas best attractions whether it be Restaurants, Fishing, Hiking, shopping malls and so on. We love to help.

Wonderful cabin!

Absolutely loved staying here! Cabin was clean, inviting and well equipped. Beds were soft and comfortable. Hot tub was amazing and relaxing. Back porch gave plenty of privacy. I will be back!

Cozy cabin

Wanted a quiet place to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and this place did not disappoint. We always feel like we need a vacation from our vacation because we stay so busy and here we were able to rest and relax. Peaceful neighborhood and away from the hustle and bustle.

Amazing!

We booked this cabin for our very first Christmas married, and it exceeded all our expectations! The cabin was peaceful, beautifully decorated for the season, and provided the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. Our favorite part was the hot tub, which was enclosed on the porch and offered great privacy. The owner was quick to respond to all of my questions and was very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a perfect trip, and we can’t wait to return!

Perfect Getaway

We loved this little cabin. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Check in and check out was easy. The beds were comfortable and the area is very quiet. It’s not too far from Little River Canyon and Desoto Falls. Matt was a great host and had great communication. We would stay here again.

A Great Place to Get Away

This is a wonderful property. The location is quiet and rural but just a few minutes from Fort Payne and Little River. The cabin is tastefully decorated and feels comfortable. I was impressed with the precision and attention to detail put into the interior remodeling. It is a very sound cabin. I look forward to staying here again, hopefully in the winter so I can enjoy the fire pit, hot tub and sitting on the porch in the cool weather. Thank you for being a great host!!

just what we needed

It was great for a getaway weekend. The cabin was absolutely charming! The pictures online didn't do it justice. We didn't want to leave! Kitchen was stocked with cooking gear. Hot tub was very relaxing. Good location without close neighbors. Took a stroll on the town for the monthly car show and really enjoyed our stay! Would recommend and visit again! This was described as a cabin when searching for a place to stay. As it turned out this cabin actually is a downsized home. Notice I didn’t say tiny house. This home was full size everything inside. The two bedrooms were ample as were the closets. Bathroom only lacked a tub, which wasn’t missed at all. Kitchen and living room were more than enough for two adults and two kids to stay comfortably. We very much enjoyed our stay and would consider it again.

Our second time staying at Pumpkin Pines. It’s the perfect location for all the area has to offer. The cabin has the necessary amenities to cook or grill. Make sure to include a meal out at Southern Harvest the food is amazing and the owners are friendly.
