The property manager was GOLD and the locals that collected maple syrup from the beautiful trees daily taught us a lot about the process (they also keep bees) and gave us a mason jar we devoured. 「This was a quaint little place. It was good for what we needed. Located near downtown, close parking to front door and quiet area. Kitchen stovetop was dated but was able to use for breakfast. No televisions in the bedrooms which we loved!! Didn’t use the patio cause there was no patio furniture. Internet connection couldn’t connect because we couldn’t locate it and the one given in instructions didn’t show up.」

「Loved the location, close to historical downtown, museums and places to eat. Easy access to everything we were interested in doing! We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Cathy provided us with lots of information before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! 」
