Excellent stay!!

Great location, beautiful views, clean well decorated unit with comfortable furniture and beds large tvs in both bedroom as well as den. Nice kitchen with cookware and dishes.

Miramar Spring Break getaway

This property is beautiful. As a family of 6, we had plenty of sleeping arrangements. The amenities were beautiful and just outside the door. Will be back!

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay and would book this condo again. Beautiful views and property. The location was great and was a quiet area. Only a couple downsides…there are separate codes for the drive in gate, walk in gates and room doors which was sometimes hard to remember. There were also no soaps in the shower or for hand washing etc. We purchased them the following day but after arriving at 1 am it would have been nice to have soap in the room when we got there. Thanks for a great condo, it was perfect for our quick family getaway

Nice updated condo but…

The condo was very nice and comfortable, and very nicely updated. However, the owner installed a Nest thermostat that they can control remotely, and they kept raising the temperature. This would happen constantly during the day but was left alone overnight. We did not turn down the thermostat to an unreasonable temperature. If we were inside during the day I’d set it to either 71 or 72. Every time I walked by it was reset to 74. I found this to be extremely annoying. I understand managing the temperature to prevent mold, but when guests are there you need to leave it alone, especially when we operated the thermostat within normal ranges.

Beautiful, clean, and an awesome view and location! We had a wonderful stay. Only 2 things I would suggest to the owner. Invest in better pillows and a new iron. Small requests for a high end condo.

We’ve stayed in a few units at The Crescent, but 405 is our favorite and we book it every time if it is available for our dates. The beds are comfy…the new sofa is even more comfy! The modern design of the home is refreshing, and the easy access to the beach is great!

Amazing stay !

We love staying at The Crescent ! We have stayed here many times and have always had a very positive experience! Unit 405 did not disappoint….. beautiful decore, very clean and amazing views! Nice but missing a few things

As with all the units we've rented at the Crescent over the years, this is a very nice unit. Views of the beach are great, the pool is super and the property is in a great location-- easy access to everything but not in the middle of traffic and congestion. The unit is also located near the stairs that lead directly to the beach gate, which is very convenient. However, this unit is lacking some basic comforts. For example, there was a single kitchen dish towel, there are no lidded containers (Tupperware), no extra blankets or throw blankets and the coffee maker is low-end. These were things that could have made the stay more enjoyable.

Nice condo at the crescent

This is a nice condo. Love that it has zero carpet. I am extremely picky on cleanliness and I think they did a decent job. I always clean for at least an hour when I arrive somewhere. It was not perfect, but ok. So good job!! The main complaint is the front bedroom beds are SUPER noisy. I assume it is the box spring...wow! Beach chair situation is confusing. Website says first come first serve. Beach attendant says you have to check in with him. He asks you not to come down to the chairs before he gets set up, around 9. But folks did it anyway. Very crowded chairs area even in September. Great view, has everything you would need if you cook there, we don't. They were working around the building while we were there so that was a shame. Wish they had warned us. Tree trimming around the pool is not convenient for days and days of your stay. Beeps of the trucks outside the windows kept us from sleeping in. Men were setting something up on top of the building, I assume to start painting, heavy metal things-we were watching straight from our balcony...again, would have been nice to have been told, we know work has to be done but kinda loud since it was right there on the 4th floor roof. We would stay here again I think. We have in the past, different units.. Wish we could ask about work scheduled. The unit is pretty and taken care of nicely so far. (Just fix those front room beds.) Love the area.

We love the Crescent property. Our condo was beautiful and we enjoyed the week very much. We appreciated the security on the property as well and felt very safe.
