Our stay was perfect- 3 days of relaxation. Location was perfect- near enough to the Village to be there in minutes but far enough it was quiet. I was able to walk to beach with no issue. Views from condo were awesome. We didn’t cook but kitchen set up seemed to have everything would need if you did! Lots of towels and a GREAT shower (I am picky about that). Finally our just was great- responded quickly about any question. Would stay again!

We had an amazing stay here. Condo was clean and updated, just like on the pictures. Shuttle service was easy to access and pool was 2 minute walk as was the Baytowne Wharf. John was super responsive to any of of our needs. Highly recommend

I've been coming to Sandestin every year for many years, and almost always stayed beachside. Due to a life-changing event, I needed to get away for some alone time, and was looking for a unit that offered quietness, so beachside wasn't a concern. In fact, something on bayside away for the beach crowds was what I looked for. Well, I found it... Because it's an end unit, it's really private and very quiet. The views are awesome, you can see the bay through a grove of tall, mature pine trees. Since the balcony faces west, you can watch the sunset over the bay every night! The condo itself is very clean and well stocked (plates, cups, flatware, etc.) and is also not overly "beachy" like many condos are. It's tastefully decorated. Baytowne Wharf is literally just around the corner of the building. And if you want to go to the beach, you can take the tram or drive yourself (which I did, it's just across Highway 98). Once I arrived, the owner checked in with me to make sure it met my needs, which was a nice touch. He also offered me a reduced rate for 2 more nights stay because it was vacant. Although I've enjoyed my stays on beachside, mainly because of the convenience to beach access, I think I've enjoyed this location more. As I said, the beach isn't that far, and this location has great views, and is private and very quiet. I'll be back!

The place was tastefully decorated, close to everything at the Wharf. Clean and a fun environment. Nice view of the bay. We really enjoyed it.

This is a gorgeous property! The inside is airy yet cozy and incredibly clean, but the first thing you will notice is your amazing view! It’s the perfect combination of quiet woods and water. From the balcony you can see a glimpse of the boats at the wharf. Speaking of the wharf, it’s true what they say... it’s a quick two minute walk to Baytowne Wharf where you’ll find great restaurants and things to do with the kiddos, and the beach is a quick drive. I discovered that I much preferred staying away from the beach and really enjoyed feeling like I could get “away” from the hustle and bustle while still having convenient access to food and entertainment. As stated in my title - don’t think twice about booking this one. You will not be sorry. We absolutely plan to return!

We loved our stay at Lasata. The first floor end unit was extremely convenient and surprisingly private. The balcony was almost completely secluded and offered a great view of the bay and plantation style pines. It’s faster to walk to Baytowne warf than it is to drive! Great for late night dining or enjoying drinks without having to find a ride back to the condo. Very nice modern amenities and furnishings, this isn’t the sea shell, floral decorated condo where you stayed at the beach in 1998! The owners were extremely helpful and always available for questions via text or email. They even allowed us to stay an extra night at an extremely reduced price due to a cancellation, that meant a lot to us!! I absolutely would not hesitate to stay here again!
