"The room was kind of dirty, everything was a cute style but there was hair on the floor and toothpaste in the bathroom sink when we checked in. Also the water pressure sucked."

"Bell staff was fantastic and staff checking us in was great. The bartenders and waiters were average except for one waiter in the Italian restaurant that was exceptional. The bartenders by the pool were great. You can’t beat the amenities here. The fitness facility has more options than most resorts but it was very dirty and the equipment needed service. "

"The room is bare bones. There is a kitchenette, with a big refrigerator and microwave, even a dishwasher, but nothing else. You must bring plates, cups, and utensils. Also, this hotel lacks a common area to hang out in, provides an area to eat at in morning hours, but locks the door the rest of the day. The staff was very friendly, especially the staff member that does the breakfast area, always friendly and keeps the area clean and stocked with food. Again, nothing lavish, but your simple basic breakfast, juice, bagels, cereal, oatmeal and coffee. If you need anything, extra towels, front desk always was happy to provide. Property was always kept clean, and felt safe. Walking distance to food ,and shopping. "

"Pool was great, hot tub also. Property is well maintained and staff is friendly and extremely efficient. Excellent place for families and kids. Safe environment, all under lock and key. Would stay again. Very good value for the money. The location is central to all areas of the city, convenient to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Great property!"

"We had a reservation for an ocean view suite with a kind bed. We received a parking lot/concrete roof view room with queen beds. There was about a $40 a night difference. The night we arrived we were not told this upfront and when we asked about the mix-up, the desk clerk said they gave away that room because we booked third party they don't honor preferences and we were lucky to have a room. Five days later they moved us into a better room with a partial ocean view. We never received the bonus rewards points the promised for the blatant disregard. It's an otherwise nice property but you won't get the room you booked unless no other real customer wants it."

"The room was clean, although a little dated. Water temp in the shower was inconsistent - at times perfectly heated, other times, lukewarm. The view of the Gulf was perfect. The pool was nice, but it took awhile to get towels restocked - we requested and were told they were in the dryer. It was about 1.5 wait to get them. The hotel is not really close to dining, but the pool bar/grill was a great amenity. We walked about one mile to get to the Boardwalk which had a lot of dining options. We used Uber/Lyft to get around and had no problems. The breakfast restaurant was nice and sandwiches/donuts were good. Would like some healthy options (oatmeal/fruit). "
