This was an annual Mother’s Day gift trip. This room is wonderful. The balconies were perfect. One balcony blocked the wind and was perfect for coffee and sunrise. The other balcony was perfect for sunset viewing. The views were amazing.

The condo was just as the photos. It is quite spacious and well-stocked. The views were amazing and expansive and the location was great. The condo itself is in need of updating or a renovation and a deep cleaning. It is tired looking and furniture is oldish and some of it had stains. However, we had an excellent time and enjoyed the views and the condo itself.

Family trip for Thanksgiving. Good floor plan for grown children and parents. Alot of dishes and pots. Beds comfortable. Beautiful balconies and views! Nice pool and easy access to beach.

I had a wonderful stay at this Surfside condo! We had a bachelorette trip here and had plenty of space with amazing views. When we first checked in, we did not have enough resort bracelets but the property manager was quick to answer and fix this issue. I would definitely stay here again and/or recommend to anyone!

Our stay at Surfside #1501 was AWESOME!!! This condo is very beautiful and roomy! My family and I came for my 70th birthday and we loved our time together and this condo was so GREAT!! Beautiful views from the deck and everyone LOVED the beds!! Will definetly be back again!! Condo was very clean and well stocked. Great kitchen and nice appliances. Also the three bathrooms were awesome!! Great walk-in showers!! Michael was a great host!! Very nice condo!!

This is a beautiful condo on the 15th floor with amazing views of the ocean. We sat in front of the giant windows and watched manta rays and dolphins from the living room. Very easy access to the beach and we really appreciated the chairs and other beach items that were in the closet to use. Plenty of room, and very comfortable furniture. The kitchen was very well supplied. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This place was absolutely amazing. The beds were very comfortable, the condo itself was very roomy as well. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and dining needs. The views were gorgeous from every angle of the condo. I loved that there was a delicious restaurant downstairs and it was easy to get to the beach. One thing you should know when booking, is this place is across the street from the beach, but has no obstructed view of the ocean. The host commicatrd very well and quickly. We definitely will be back.

This property is beautiful. The room & views are amazing. Michael is amazing. Very quick with responses & he just made everything so simple. And Tony, the property manager is absolutely amazing. We had a little hiccup with the air conditioning but Tony was amazing. He responded to our concern within minutes & made sure to get the problem corrected very quickly & he made sure he kept me updated on everything. I highly recommend this property.

This was a great property for a mom and daughter weekend with 4 girls ranging from teen to young adult and 4 moms! The beach access was on point. Literally an easy walk across the private bridge or street level Gate entrance. It is wonderfully located to popular restaurants, shopping, and an easy commute into Destin for harbor activities. The property had plenty of cookware, wine glasses, and other kitchen needs for staying at home. There were ample towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as super comfortable beds at the end of the day. I highly recommend this property to anyone. Michael was very easy to work with and super accommodating. Lastly, the view from this location is absolutely spectacular! Sitting on the patio deck for sunrise and sunset, an afternoon nap, or glass of wine is balm for your soul! We will definitely be back!

We loved this spacious condo. The views from the 15th floor were amazing. The beach access was easy and we loved having a code instead of a card key for the door. Also liked having the option to wash our wet suits/towels/clothes, we could have packed a lot less. There is a k-cup coffee maker and a drip machine with filters but bring your coffee and all other grocery items as there is only salt/pepper in the pantry. A roll of paper towels was there but I think I was from a previous visitor. There was only one kitchen towel but new sponge, plenty of pots/pans, dishes, dish/d/w soap. There was a closet of beach supplies including ice chest, boogie boards, shovels, buckets… our daughters ages 12-17 enjoyed these in the sand. If you want a front row beach set up get there early before 8am so your view of the gorgeous emerald waters isn’t obstructed. The a/c worked great in the Florida heat and the balcony was huge for watching sunrise and enjoying the Gulf breeze. The connecting “studio apartment” gave our 2 older daughters their own private space. There are family games in the drawers of the credenza near the entrance that we didn’t discover until we were leaving. There is a beach bar across the street and on Friday night at sunset they had a large circle of chairs on the beach with center fire-pit and sold s’mores kits. We never visited the pool or on site restaurant but they looked nice. Highly recommend staying here. We researched over 30 condos before deciding on this one.

We were at this property for 5 days. The location was perfect, fantastic view, saw dolphins each day. Rooms were spacious and clean. Parking easy and access to the beach was great. Easy access to local restaurants. We recommend this property and would stay here again. Michael was easy to contact and was responsive to our question. Loved our time here!!!!

Has an excellent view of the beach and ocean from the 15th floor. Elevators were quick. It’s centrally located to all restaurants you could want to eat at and was everything it was advertised to be. Pool and hot tubs were nice and the boardwalk to the beach made things very easy.

We always wanted to stay at Surfside and finally did. Building is beginning to show it's age but still nice. Condo was nice but can certainly be much better. Had a few housekeeping issues upon arrival that needed immediate attention and the property manager was very prompt and helpful in resolving them. Communication was great. Minor details aside, we enjoyed our stay.

This was our first family vacation to Destin and we could not have picked a better place to stay.Our view was amazing! The condo was very clean, spacious, and Beautiful. We plan to be back next year ! Manager was great ,quick to respond and very professional.

This vacation was better than we expected. First, the condo was perfect for us. We were with our parents, who slept in the king master. My husband and I slept in the other king room and we had a 17 year old and a 12 year old sleep in the room with the 2 double beds. Each had their own bathroom. The kitchen was a great size for cooking and moving around and the living room was very spacious for us to hang out. which we did very little of inside. But the best part of the whole condo was the VIEW!! We were on the 15th floor faced east and we could see for miles and miles. We didn't have the sun in the evenings so we could enjoy sitting outside. Even watched a few storms roll in at night. The morning sun was often covered with high clouds so was also nice sitting outside. The balcony was very large with plenty of seating for all of us. Every room had balcony access and a spectacular view. The sand/water was like we were at the Bahamas. Everyone was very friendly. We did not want to leave, especially leave that beach view. I highly recommend this condo if you are considering it.

The location is wonderful. The resort itself has everything we needed. Nice area to walk in mornings. Restaurants within walking distance are nice. The setup, space, decor, and views in this condo is awesome. One of my favorites ever. The balconies and window views are wonderful. The staff and restaurant on property are great also!
