Superb and Impeccable!

This is my very favorite property in FWB, FL. My youngest son and the rest of my family love this place. This place is impeccable for the whole family. The property is close to any restaurant, especially a seafood restaurant. Every stay we came to was spotless, and the staff was friendly and made comfortable beds. Love it! I will always come back and recommend it to everyone!! Thank you, Vacasa!!!

Great place to stay.

We come to waterscape yearly and this was our first time in A214. It is the perfect place for little kids. Pros: we loved the location, the bunk room has a door, and you can see the ocean from the living room. Cons: the bedroom in the primary suite could use some attention. The frame is not very sturdy & squeaks with movement. Anytime you roll over in your sleep the bed moves and squeaks.

Maybe not 200 unit, but 214A is in perfect spot. Elevator, parking garage, trash chute, pool access, everything is literally around the corner. Nice big rooms and bathrooms, beds comfortable. Not full, but still beautiful ocean view.

Great location

We've stayed in other rooms at Waterscape, but this is our favorite. Room was clean and updated but mostly we appreciated the convenience of access to the amenities. Perfect for those with young children.

Great Condo

This was the perfect location for us with three young kids! It was right there at the splash pad for in the afternoon when they were all beached out. The unit was clean and inviting with a very comfortable couch. I would however recommend bringing your own pillows, the ones in the unit were paper thin.

Nice condo, decent layout

Pros: The condo itself is a nice location on the bottom floor. You can see the pool and some ocean. Great if you have kids and stuff to lug around to and from the pool area. Nice big tv with cable and streaming access. Nicely decorated. Cons: The floor was dirty when we arrived. There was sand and our feet were dirty from the floor not being mopped. We had to get them to come clean. Also, the hot water didn’t work, but they came the next day to fix it. They asked us not to wash any clothes because there was a hose not attached? It was fine by the second day- basically, the condo just wasn’t properly prepped for guests and these things should have been taken care of prior to our arrival. Also the master bed has a giant mattress pad topper that you sink into like a marshmallow. If that’s your thing I guess it’s fine?

Comfortable and convenient

The condo was clean and comfortable and conveniently located to the pools, beach and parking structure. The patio is on the ground floor but felt very private because of the way it is situated. We loved being able to go back and forth from the pools to our patio quickly and easily, without having to go into the building or ride an elevator. My only critique is that I think the master bed would be much more comfortable without the extra foam topper - way too soft and unsupportive! However, this would be easy to fix since it is removable. In all, we would love to rent this condo again!

Very nice!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo and all of the resort amenities. Nice furnishings, comfortable beds and sufficient supplies. Overall it was clean, but definitely needs a more thorough cleaning of woodwork, etc, which was very dusty. Would definitely stay here again! Loved the pools and beach area, staff was friendly, too. Would like to see coded entry doors to get in the buildings. Our family on another floor had items stolen from the hallway. Anyone can walk in off the street, into the hallways. Overall it’s a great place to stay!

The location of this room is very nice. The back is private and no one has to walk across to get to their room. But when it rains the water stands on the back and is deep and muddy.

Great location, small issues that need to be addressed

We absoultely loved staying at the waterscape, but hope this reaches the correct people to fix. Our patio kept getting a muddy sludge right infront of the patio door. There was really no way around it so when the kids would come in from the pool they had muddy feet. We were constantly trying to keep the floor clean so it wasn't a mess when we left. I assume this issue is known since there wasn't a rug.

We had an amazing time!

The condo was clean upon our arrival. The only "problem" during our stay was the shower handle leaks in the second bedroom. So obviously our stay was amazing. We were right at the heated pool & splash pad entrance in the second floor. Easy walk down the stairs to the larger pool, lazy river, & beach area. If you have a wagon you have to use an elevator but otherwise super easy.
