Great location in Ft. Walton

June family vacation

We love being on the first floor literally just steps to the beach and the pool so convenient had a great trip. We enjoyed long walks on the beach sand was like sugar would definitely book this unit again

great place to stay!

we had such a fun relaxing time here. it’s in a good location, within walking distance of the pier. the beach access was never super busy & the high tide was beautiful making little pools to play in. this house had everything we needed to have a good time, dishes/utensils, beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella, a broom/mop, two coolers, and even a beach wagon. they didn’t have any extra linens so being at the beach and covered in sand that was slightly annoying when they got sandy we couldn’t switch it. there is no lobby to speak to a real person so if you are wanting that then you need to find a new place to stay, i could only communicate with an automated text messaging system so that was kind of annoying but we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location!

The condo was very well stocked and the location was great. One thing to keep in mind, it does not have its own grill like in the pictures. The grills at the complex are so so.

Great Stay!

This location was just as described. The first floor location was so convenient. There was an issue with the internet not working and it wasn’t able to be fixed until the day before we left, but other than that we had a great time.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was comfortable and clean, and the location was convenient to both the parking lot and pool. I am hard pressed to find anything negative about this unit. However, if I had to pick something, there were several light bulbs that were burnt out, but that definitely didn’t affect our stay. I’d happily book this unit again

Great Condo with Everything We Needed

The condo had everything we could need for a week at the beach. Kitchen had plenty of cookware, dishes small appliances. I never thought “I wish I had…”. Furniture was comfortable, there were books to read, movies to watch, and beach supplies if we needed! I was impressed with the thoughtfulness of what was in the unit.

The Condo was nice. The dryer needed some kind of deep cleaning though, it kept spitting li t on our clothes. The bed is like a brick slab. Our tv didnt work the 1st 3 days we were there. We enjoyed walking right out the door to the pool and beach.

Really nice

The pool is right outside the back patio. The place was clean and roomy, the kitchen has plenty of utensils & kitchenware. Didn’t have salt and pepper but had a full spice rack. Overall it was good. Had a problem with the room code but maintenance was quick to help fix it.

Great location

The condo was I a great location and it was very nice being on the ground floor especially with having small children. The pool was very nice and never too crowded. The condo was not as stocked as I would have preferred. There were not any pot holders or many cooking utensils (we stay in and cook most nights on vacation) there was no extra toilet paper, papers towels, garbage bags. The air conditioning unit froze up while we were there, staff was quick to respond to the problem but tech said they would be back the next morning to fix the problem and never should back up again not called to say they wouldn't be back. It was an great vacation for me and my family despite the few problems we incountered.

Great place, great location.

The condo lacks for nothing. Excellent beds and showers, two primary things needed for comfort. Kitchen has more than you will use. I saw two options for making coffee, single cup and full pot, so I threw some k cups in my suitcase, recommend if you are not stopping at the store on your way there. Nice seating in the living room, lots of options for TV viewing as well as many, many dvds. There were some games and books, too! Loved being ground level. The instant access to the very well maintained pool and easy beach access was such a plus. We had no children with us, I can see this being ideal for families/children. There is a storage box on the patio with some beach toys, a chair or two, a wheeled wagon if you want to cart stuff to the beach, not sure what else because we didn’t need any of that stuff. The rental price includes a beach setup with two lounge chairs and an umbrella, so loved that. Just check in with the guy who sets up @ 9:00 a.m. to reserve yours. There were four very nice beach towels and a couple beach totes in the condo. Beach is white sand, beautiful, water calm and warm. Hurricane Helena happened in the middle of our stay, it missed us but rip tide warnings were out for a couple days, so glad we had that swimming pool. Everything in the condo was well maintained and spotless, as were the grounds. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This property was perfect for our 4 night stay with plenty of space and very convenient with children. It has access to the pool right out the back door and perfect beach access. We brought all the beach things but this property had everything you would need with kids in mind. It had a beach cart, chairs, toys, boggie boards, etc . It also has a very equipped kitchen. Great property.

Great for families or older folks!

This property is right by the pool and beach - I mean, open the door and there you are. This would be a fabulous unit for anyone that cannot do stairs, small children, and older folks because of it the convenience to the pool and beach. The beaches are pristine and the pool is heated. Many places to eat all around and shopping in easy distance.

Very close to everything especially beach and pool Very nice unit, could use blackout curtain in back bedroom complex lights shine in. Beds make noise when you move and could use sound proofing of back bedroom people coming and going can be heard maybe because we are on ground level. Would book it again in spite of those things had a great time!!!
