Enjoyed our visit

Great condo with wonderful view!! Would suggest then adding oven mits and fixing dry or get a new one. Make sure you bring extra TP, paper towels, shampoo, and trash bags…you get the same amount whether you are staying 3 days or 7 days. But other than that…fantastic due to amenities of resort. Beds are comfortable

Our stay

This is our second time staying at Waterscape. We loved our stay in this condo. It was close to the elevator, parking garage was just outside the elevator, and going out to the pool/beach was a breeze. Our little home away from home. Can’t wait to visit again next year!

Love Waterscape!

Great view. Spacious condo. Would stay again. Large pool area and included beach chair set up was nice. Parking on same floor was very convenient. Kitchen was good but lacking a few things…large skillet and cookie sheet. Definitely recommend this condo.

Waterscape needs to be updated

We have been coming to Waterscape for years (7 to be exact) and I am unsure if we will return. Let me just say, we have always loved this property and normally rent from single owners. This time we rented w Vacasa and the condo was in need of some updates. Very slim as far as kitchen supplies go. Bare minimum at best. Bedding was definitely cheap and I think our bedspread was actually a shower curtain. Much different from the condos we have rented in the past. The grounds are definitely in need of some upkeep and it doesn’t seem that the current property manager has kept up. Concrete steps falling apart, smelly hallways, desperate need of paint refresh and patio furniture needs to be replaced. The hot tub was closed half the time and what happened to the adults only hot tub? Also, not a fan of the beach staff charging to be closer to the ocean! You can’t even sit there without paying when they are empty at end of day! Very sad considering we have loved bringing our friends and family here over the years, but prices have gone up here while the property has gone down. Hopeful some updates will be made and issues addressed ! We would return. Great location and very, very family friendly.

More like a hotel but not well stocked, good nearby restaurants, not a fan of this beach area

This was definitely a hotel like feel, as opposed to a privately owned family condo. The condo was very minimal and missing several items we expected. We flew in from out of state so only had our suitcases. I noted these missing items in text to the property manager but did not ask for these as we had a short weekend trip. Missing: all pantry staples like salt and pepper, cookie sheets, oven mitts, only 3 or 4 cereal bowls, kitchen towels (1 paper towel roll incl), tissues, no local info on attractions or restaurants, no clocks in bedrooms, only one lounge chair on balcony. The kitchen and dining area lighting are far too harsh. Oven door broken. Master shower door broken. Pools were crowded as expected. There is loud pool noise at night as it doesn't close until 10. The sand was nice and soft, but the incline at the water line made it difficult to walk in the surf and there were no shells. Very crowded beach with all the chairs they put out, and always smelled like cig smoke whereever we tried to sit. Overall we made the best of things and had a good trip. Stewbys Seafood was awesome. Gulfarium was good, def recommend. Rockin Tacos was good also. Did not care for the pizza at Fubar, burned and not tasty at all.

Great Location for all inclusive beach condo!

The facility is right next to the beach and has the bonus of multiple swimming pools, a lazy river, and free rental of beach chairs and umbrella. The facility is very clean, well kept, and updated. If coming out this way, I would stay there again.

Waterscape Resort Vacation

We loved the Waterscape Resort. The amenities were fantastic. The public areas and restrooms were kept clean, even with the crowds. The food at the Tiki Hut was delicious and reasonably priced. We had everything right there and did not ever have to leave. We will definitely be returning to Waterscape Resort in the future.

Great location

We have stayed at Waterscape almost yearly for the past 10 years. It continues to be a favorite for my family. The location is fantastic, pools are great, beach is beautiful. Not five stars because the dryer in our unit did not work (management was responsive once it was discovered but could not be immediately fixed) and there are some normal wear and tear issues that could be updated, but overall it was great. Highly recommended!

The resort is amazing!

The resort is so nice! My kids had a blast. The room definitely needs some updating and work especially for the price paid…. The master bath faucet is broken, the light in the bunk area doesn’t work, the dryer sounded squeaked so bad we couldn’t use it for 3 days. Finally got someone to fix it on day 3. The couch bed had a blood stain on it. One of the balcony chairs are broken. The second room closet door is broken. Great view from balcony and the beach is gorgeous. I wouldn’t recommend this room- but I would recommend the resort!
