Great place!

Everything from booking the room to check out was easy and the condo was as clean as can be. Private beach access with chairs and umbrella. Great part of town to stay, not too busy and uber was always nearby. The condo does not face the beach, it can be seen from the side balcony though. Highly recommend!

Cold showers!

Property was very clean no issues there. No hot water in master shower, called on Tuesday and was told by the Vacasa folks someone would get with us within the hour, we’ll we checkout on Friday and still waiting on someone to show up. Seems like I read this was an issue on a previous review so I guess your stuck with cold showers in master bath. Pool view actually consisted of view of gate going into pool.

Beach family house

I recommend it for a family vacation, the house is very beachy, I loved that it was so close to the beach, the apartment was very clean and the beds had clean sheets and the bathrooms had clean towels as well as hygiene items like a hotel; I never needed to talk to the vacasa staff but I was receiving text messages the entire stay, I liked that they were so attentive to any needs we had. The only reason I gave it one less star was because the elevator was damaged for a day which was the only bad thing.

Wonderful Experience

Everything was great! Easy access to the beach and the pool! Enough bath towels and a starter pack of some essentials was nice! Only small complaint I have would be that it seemed as if the cleaners used the same rag, dirty rag or no cleaning product on several items such as mirrors microwave toaster and counters but other than that was not nasty or gross. Would definitely book again!

Don’t stay here!

Too many issues with this place including bugs, cockroaches, bad smell and broken fan, doors, TV, etc. Plus got charged with double fees. Not worth it!

Decent place for an okay price.

My wife and I stayed in a unit here for our week-long beach trip. The unit, as well as the building from our observation, was very clean upon arrival, and entry and parking were great. It did have the "90's" vibe to it as far as decor and furniture. Entertainment center in living room and master bedroom were obviously older and designed for old box style TV's, but were outfitted with 32" flat screens, much too small for the size rooms. There was no hot water in the master shower, but we used the secondary bathroom shower for our stay which was much bigger anyway. A few of the electrical outlets throughout the unit either didn't work or would work on and off, which can be dangerous for charging phones and laptops. The secondary bedroom with bunk-beds meant for children had a mess of wires coming out of a broken wall-plate for internet and TV, right beside the bed. This is definitely not something I would want in close proximity of children and able to be easily tampered with and further damged. The balcony sliding door got stuck and would not close on the second day, and the screws holding in the striker plates were extremely loose and worn out. However, we called Vacasa and they had maintenence come and fix it within the hour, which was wonderful service. I also noticed the elevator inspection sheet showed it was way past its recommended inspection date, which concerned me a bit each time we used it, although we had no issues. Great area and all around everything was pretty good, but I probably wouldn't pay the price per night that we did again for this particular place..

Great Condo - Great Beach

We spent four days at this beautiful condo, the place was super clean and comfortable, it had a fully stocked kitchen which was nice. Also has some really nice local seafood restaurants just down the street. The condo sits right on the beach and has easy access to the beautiful white sand and clear waters. We left the windows open at night and you can hear the waves, this was very soothing. Very comfortable bed and just a comfortable feel all the way around. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this condo!!

July 2021 stay

Overall the condo was nice. It was clean and not outdated. The location is nice and the beach access is very convenient. The only complaints with the condo is the water that pools out side of the door when it rain, allowing the water to leak under the door. The main door hinge needs fixed because the door slams very hard. It almost smashed my child’s hand. The master king bed needs replaced. The mattress is very broken down.
