Great family vacation

This was our first time at this resort and we loved it. The unit was perfect for our family of 7, with 4 adults and 3 kids. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but very close to splash pad for little kids. We would definitely stay in C201 again if we come back!

We came with 14 families for a baseball tournament. The location was great for us to all be together and grill at the pools or hang in the beach. Our family loved how much space this unit offers. Waking straight out to the pools was also convenient.

Great condo especially for families with small children

This is our second year staying in this condo. We love the location behind the splash pad as we had two families both with toddlers staying. Overall the condo is great and comfortable for our stay. The cleanliness of the floor and furniture could have been improved this stay. Almost all of the remotes were missing batteries which was inconvenient and one of them was missing a back- safety hazard for toddlers. We needed more wash cloths and hand towels than were provided (1 wash cloth and 2 hand towels in the master, no wash cloths and 1 hand towel in the other bathroom). Those were small things during our stay- we do love the amenities at Waterscape and are a fan of the location. There are several good restaurants close by. We have stayed at waterscape in various condos for 5 years. The ground floor condo is a must for us and we love being able to walk straight out to do whatever we are wanting to do without hassle.

Great property for kids!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at vacasa. Our condo was right in front of the kiddie play area and pirate ship. Our toddler had too much fun. Every morning he would wake up and by default he was at the pool. Our proximity to the play area was great. But Next time we will try to stay closer to the beach probably in building A. The condo was clean except for the floors. The floors were very dirty and I specially asked the property to clean the floors as I read some of the previous reviews. But no, they were still dirty and pretty much in 5 mins of walking in side the condo, our feets were black. I absolutely hated this. I called the condo manager and complained. They said they would have it cleaned but no one showed up for 2 days. So I just asked them to refund the cleaning money and they did. But everything else was great!

Floor cleanliness

Very nice resort, everything was great until we al took shower and walking around barefoot in the condo and them noticed our feet were black! Spanish Cleaning lady did not mop the floors obviously! Other then that great stay and will be back. I hope you check in on your cleaners. She did not mop the floors.

Great 1st floor condo

The first floor location was great for being able to walk out the patio door into the pool areas. The home was exactly as pictured in VBRO and was a great set up for our young, 5 person family. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to spend a lot of time in the pool and beach areas on site. The C building is not marked very well when entering the parking garage; call the office to get instructions of how to find this unit before you arrive.
