An excellent property at a great price

I found this property to be a good value in a great location. It is close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Check-in was easy despite my late-night arrival and communication with property management was convenient with a quick response. The unit has been fully updated and tastefully decorated and includes a beach chair and umbrella for the short walk to the beach. I will certainly look to rent this condo for future visits!

Excellent location - can't wait to stay again

My husband and I along with our two small dogs booked this place on a whim for a week. We weren't disappointed. Check-in was exactly as described and very easy. The covered parking is also a nice feature, especially on a rainy day. The location is perfect - walkable to many restaurants and the beach. It was clean and beautifully decorated - looked exactly like the photos. A couple of things to note - there's very little silverware (2 forks, for example) so you're going to be doing dishes frequently (rather than using the very nice dishwasher - we never used it once). Also, the bedroom is extremely bright. I had a hard time sleeping once the sun started coming up. And last but not least, the shower pressure is maybe the worst I've ever experienced. Nothing major - just things to be prepared for. We travel frequently, so we'll definitely stay in this building and/or this unit again. We really enjoyed it and would highly recommend!
