A313 was a great place to stay. The condo was up to date and clean. We had everything we needed for a great week of vacation. The pools, the beach chairs helped keep the children entertained and cool from the sun. I would highly recommend this unit.

Fantastic facility and a wonderful unit.

Beautiful Home - Great Location

The condo was awesome. Spacious for 2 adults, a 1 year old and 3 year old. The beach is gorgeous and the resort was perfect for our babies.

I think we will stay here again. Very clean upon arrival. Pool/lazy river were as pictured and also very clean. Only thing was 2 out of 3 bathroom door locks didn’t work. And one of the towel racks were very bent and when I gently pulled off a wash cloth it literally fell off the wall. Wasn’t a big deal though my husband fixed it. But still

Great Stay

The room was nice, and clean. Only wish the coffee maker was the kind that doesn’t need paper filters and pillows were not comfy. But overall there was plenty of room for everyone and we enjoyed our stay!

Very comfortable vibe

We enjoyed our stay in A313. The location was ideal for us. We did not have a long walk to the parking garage or the pool. We LOVED the fact that our walk to our room from the parking garage was covered with AC. The condo is located right next to the elevator which had nothing but a positive impact on our stay. Hands down a great experience and I highly recommend this property.

Awesome Place to Stay

Room was clean and had everything you would need. Grounds were beautiful. Pools and amenities were perfect. Walk right out from the pools to the beach. Had additional parking for a truck and boat along with plenty of parking in the garage. Public boat dock across street with access to the bay and only about 5 miles from Crab Island.

Unit was spotless, very affordable, well equipped. The only problem was that the balcony faces the alley which was in the pics. The problem was the garbage truck coming at 5 a.m. and banging the dumpsters across from the alley. Not the owners fault, just be aware if you are wanting children to sleep in the master bedroom. Property is amazing, it does need some adult only hot tubs.

Great Stay!

Our stay in A313 was great! I don’t have any complaints. I will note that if you are a large group traveling, bring extra paper towels and tissue. Also, bring an extra trash bag or two. My favorite thing was the fact that you could access the balcony from the living room and both bedrooms. The bathrooms were big and the tubs and showers were so roomy. The beach access was right in the backyard. You can see a little of the beach from the balcony. It’s not right in front of the beach but you see just enough of it to not pay so much more to be facing it completely. You can reserve two beach chairs and an umbrella each day. That’s included with the stay. That was really great. The TVs were all smart TVs and easy access to setting up your own accounts with streaming services! Just don’t forget to log them back out before leaving. All cooking utensils and pots and pans were available in the apartment. The adventure pool park area was so much fun. My kids begged to go out there all day each day. I really enjoyed my stay. It made Father’s Day weekend special for my father and my husband. We would definitely come back without hesitation!

Just what we needed :)

My family had a wonderful time in A313 this past week! Pros☀️ steps from POWDER white sand, you get two reserved chairs and an umbrella at the beach, multiple grills down by the pools, a heated pool for chilly days, very clean room, two (big) bathrooms that made it easier to get our kids clean from the beach multiple times a day, washer and dryer in room, great guest service. Cons☀️Fridge broke twice- I will say they were very speedy in fixing it! No spices of any kind (salt, pepper..etc.) No cooler for beach. No sand toys of any kind. If you are staying for the week, you will need to buy all the things. Trash bags, paper plates, Tupperware, baggies, laundry detergent, paper towels..etc. They do supply you with two trash bags, one paper towel roll, two little packets for laundry, and two dishwasher pods. Beyond that- you are on your own! Loved Waterscape- our family will be back!

Waterscape Resort

Condo was nice and clean, smelled good. Plenty of room for my family. Definitely need a new broom. View was not the greatest, small snippet of the beach and full view of the Hiltons’s dumpster’s right next to us and they were a bit noisy on garbage day, but we came for the beach anyways. Biggest/main complaint was how cold the pools were, I could only tolerate being in them once for less than 10 minutes and I’m from GA!!! Was not able to get in either hot tub due to all the little kiddos in them, and they were in them because the pools were so cold. Would recommend keeping the “heated pools” at at least 78 degrees in the later months, and windy days. Would also recommend an age limit on the hot tubs, (definitely should not have 5 years and younger in them due to health reasons), and/or an adults only hour/hour’s. I would have loved sitting in the hot tub later in the evening, but was never able to get in one at all. Overall, great condo and resort, would come again.

Loved this Condo & Resort

This condo was amazing! From the 3 doors that lead out onto the Balcony to the 2 large soaking tubs & full kitchen…It was in the perfect location & very easy to get to the pool & beach area! The condo was pristine in cleanliness & had all the extras to make the stay even more enjoyable! We give it a 5 Star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 rating & we can’t wait to back!
