Quiet Ocean View on the Beach
This is a lovely condo with a great balcony overlooking the beach. There were nice chairs and table on the balcony and beach chairs were available to take to the beach. The Kitchen was very well equipped. Cindy was a lovely host and provided fruit and fun snacks. However, If you are sensitive to fragrance as I am, this is not the condo for you. All the linens and furniture upholstery were strongly scented permeating the entire condo.

Alecia, Thank you for your input. I'm so sorry about the Fresh Laundry Linen Spray which I use when washing the sheets and comforters between guests.. Best spot on the beach!
Beautiful condo with beautiful views right from the living room. This condo is about as close to the water as you can get. Mrs. Cindy was wonderful and answered any questions we had. The condo very clean and even came with snacks, fresh flowers and play toys for the kids. Our family of 4 fit comfortably here. We would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again!!

Wonderful trip
We had a fantastic time on Okaloosa Island! The condo was wonderful! Plenty of room, stocked well with cooking necessities, towels, linens, etc. Cindy, the owner, is the kindest person! She made sure we had everything we needed and went out of her way to help us with our grocery dilemma. Thank you to you Cindy and your family for a wonderful stay! Wonderful Memories Made Here
My daughter and grandchildren stayed four nights here. The view off the balcony was amazing. We loved that we were right on the beach. We liked that the condo was away from all the traffic. It was very quiet. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect view, location, beach, and condo
What a lovely stay! Perfect condo for our family with a great beach view. Want to watch dolphins and stingrays jump out of the beautiful turquoise water and pristine white sandy beach? This is the place! The condo itself is well furnished and stocked with everything you need. A really nice touch was the snacks, sand toys, and flowes left for us. HIghly recommend this property!

Breath Taking
The owner of the property was so kind. Cindy called us a couple hours prior to check in to inform us the balcony was boarded up and not accessible.The construction that was supposed to have been completed was still being done. I must say this was extremely disappointing. When I book for vacation I always book property with a balcony beach front view and Cindy did try everything in her power to find a solution. She called her friends to see if they had property available and even offered the condo next door that had a window to see out of. Cindy offered to refund us 50% of our money. She literally tried everything and we were much appreciative. The property is nice the beach is amazing the water was so beautiful. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Cindy for all that you did and congrats on the new grand baby !

Weekend at the beach
Wonderful place for us (semi-retired couple) to spend a few days at the beach after a short business trip. Lots of dining establishments nearby, beautiful beach with chairs / umbrella included, well kept and appointed unit. Our host, Cindy, was very gracious and accommodating. Three words VIEW, VIEW, VIEW!!!
Breakfast and coffee everyday on balcony overlooking the beautiful view of the ocean and well kept beach.. Moonlit glistening over the ocean at night.. Great location, quieter end and less busy. But still able to drive into Destin if you want. Spent almost everyday on beach, which was right there, AND you can't beat the beach Service. You are provided with chairs and umbrella everyday. The unit also had a washer and dryer which was also a plus. Thanks so much to our hosts for the beautiful flowers and card for our anniversary. We had a wonderful week.

Great cozy condo with a breathtaking view
The condo was very clean, had a direct view of the ocean and beautiful beachy decorations. Loved our stay here. Right on the beach. Quite neighborhood. The hosts was very friendly and attentive. Even has a nice goody welcome basket waiting for us. Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful family vacation!
We had a fantastic experience bringing our daughters to the beach for the very first time and staying in Cindy and Mark's beautiful beachfront property! Cindy's hospitality is like none other and her attention to detail is truly impeccable! She is super sweet, responsive, and has wonderful recommendations for places to visit while in the area! While my husband and I have been to the area multiple times, this has been by far our best experience with lodging, and we most certainly cannot wait to return! 🙂

Cozy, clean, convenient, not over crowded! Perfect for a little family get away.
This is our second time to stay & no complaints at all. It’s always clean & has everything we need. We are a family of 5. The kids sleep comfortably on the pullout sofa & the bedroom has a very comfy king size bed with huge pillows! The view is AMAZING!! I also love that you literally are on the beach. You don’t have to go tons of stairs & kill yourself just walking to the beach. I appreciate this more bc we have 3 kids, one being a toddler. The ONLY RECOMMENDATION I have is for the ladies to bring your own hairdryer. There was not one In the condo. It worked out fine with us bc I wear mine up & I just braided my daughters. Over all I would definitely book this condo again !! Thank you Cindy & Mark!

Lovely time 🥰 the place was amazing. Clean, beautiful colors, and steps to the beach ⛱️🏖️. We had the opportunity to meet the owner and what a lovely person. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. She had snacks in our room which was nice after a long car ride. She had extra boogie boards, chairs and buckets for us to use while we were there, bottles of water in the fridge.

Perfect!
This condo is absolute perfect for our family and is just steps from the beach! We walked in the condo and it was so clean and fresh! Cindy was great to work with and she made sure we had everything we needed!! The sleeper sofa was great for the kids and very comfortable. The kitchen had every utensil, pan or dish we needed. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

I loved the condo and would have rated all 5's except the listing indicated 1 king bed and 2 sleeper sofas. We had one king bed and 1 sleeper sofa so I had to run to target and pick up a blow up mattress. Two teenage brothers were not about to sleep in the same bed. Other than that one issue, the view was beautiful, the condo was nice, the beaches not crowded and very family oriented area. I will be back!

The property was clean and just like listing description. Came with two beach chairs and umbrella which was conveniently put out each day. Property owners were great had a problem with a/c and the owner was their and got it fixed quickly will definitely be staying here agian.

Such a great stay! Cindy is so nice and welcoming! She really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The condo has a great kitchen and beautiful view. The walk to the beach is so short in comparison to other beachfront places we have stayed in the past. Cannot say enough great things about this trip. Already thinking about when we can go back :)

We had such a wonderful time staying in this beautiful condo! You feel welcomed and at home as soon as you walk in the door. The view from the balcony is outstanding! We even saw dolphins one morning! Super easy access to the beach and it was wonderful being able to use the chair and umbrella service. I would highly recommend staying here. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful and relaxing!
This condo is beautifully decorated. The colors reflect coastal living. Every morning we had coffee and watched the sun rise. Twice we saw dolphins not far from the shoreline. The beaches are pristine and the water crystal clear. We can't wait to come back!

this is a very clean condo on a beautiful beach . there are convenience stores , a liquor store , oyster bars and beach supplies on the same road as the condo . there's very light traffic to get to any of them . Cindy and Mark keep the condo well stocked with about anything you may need for your stay . we will definitely be repeat customers

Spring Break
Mark and Cindy have a beautiful place on Okaloosa Island! The condo sits right on the ocean and the views are breathtaking! The condo was very clean and it felt like home! They are very quick to take care of any need that you have and are extremely friendly! We loved staying at their condo and will be staying there again!

Very nice small complex. Not many people around so you felt like you had more privacy.
Everything was wonderful! Cindy went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. She was constantly in touch with us about everything and gave great directions as to how to get there and how to get into the condo. The condo was decorated beautifully and we could tell that she puts a lot of effort into making you feel comfortable...and it worked! It was a very comfortable place to relax and unwind from our everyday stresses. We were only there from a Friday to Sunday and wish we could have stayed longer. Anyone considering this condo should definitely book it. Thanks again for a great relaxing time! We hope to stay there again soon!
