Nice Condo, Great View, Right on the Beach with short walk from pool to beach.

Staff was professional, pools are nice along with the hot tubs. We love staying on the second floor for convenience. We were a family of 8 with three children under 7 and we felt we had plenty of room Spent a lot of time on the spacious well furnished balcony. Kitchen was well equipped. We would stay at this condo again. Umbrella with Chairs were complimentary with the room.

Great Condo!

This condo was perfect for our stay in Ft. Walton! Very clean and perfect location! Close to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores!

Lovely room

Everything was great with the room. Beds comfy, clean room, large balcony, amazing views. Except whenever the AC was on, there was a very loud hum/rattle. I reached out to the vacasa. They had maintenance man come to check it. He checked it and left but didn't tell us anything, and it wasn't fixed. No one followed up with me. I reached out to vacasa again. They said that there was nothing wrong with the AC and there was nothing they could do about the loud noise. Vacasa needs to improve their follow-up and communication. Vacasa also said they would get back with me on any sort of partial refund or credit for this but they never did.

A lot of positives but a huge negative...

This is not the 1st time we have stayed at this resort. There are a lot of positives. The location and proximity to the beach is great. We love the 2 pools and the splash pad for the kids. In fact, the splash pad and pools were one of the big things that led us back to this property. And...the daily rental for 2 beach chairs and an umbrella came with the condo and we were very pleased with that. The huge negative we experienced is that this unit was absolutely filthy. There was hair in the bathroom sink upon arrival. We let that go until we saw our feet after walking around the condo. To say they were dirty would be a misrepresentation. They were black with dirt. We wound up trying to figure out where it was coming from. After wiping the tile, we came to the conclusion that it was the rugs and carpet. My son's socks were black also. He wound up throwing them out. After that, we made it a point to keep our shoes on while in the condo, especially on the toddler we had with us. The filth made us wary of the furniture and everything else there. So, while I really like the resort and the positive things about it as mentioned above, I can't say we will go back. We left with a bad taste in our mouth about it. I think I'll look harder next time and try somewhere else.

Beautiful views, excellent location, nice clean roomy condo!

This condo was decorated beautifully and so nice. Huge balcony overlooking the east side pool. The beds were comfortable but pillows a little hard! I'm glad I took mine. :-) Great family friendly location right on the beach.

Family Vacation

We had a good stay at Azure for our family vacation. We’ve been coming to Azure since 2008. The condos are all nice! This one was no different but I gave 4 stars overall due to a couple of things: 1. The condo seems to be ran by Vacasa so you don’t talk to the owner directly. The response times were long so if you need something it’s easier to just go see the concierge desk. The Vacasa response team was nice but just very slow to reply. 2. The room is clean but the furniture is fairly broken down in this unit just from being older. 3. There is black mold under the master bathroom sink. It made us wonder how much is behind the wall if it’s already showing through the Inside surface of the cabinet. But overall the stay was great and the location is fantastic with such a beautiful beach!

Beautiful, relaxing site.

All of the furniture including beds and couches were very uncomfortable. There was mold in bathroom vent and rust all on the shower curtain rod. The AC unit is extremely loud at night when it runs you can hear it so loudly it will wake you. Very unpleasant stay, the azure itself has went downhill with their new policy’s in place.

Pretty clean, needed more towels/washclothes, but provided all the starters needed, ie laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent). Plenty of space for our large family and beautiful balcony with the ocean view. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice Family Escape

Plenty of room for family of 8. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dinnerware. Beautiful view from master bedroom, kitchen, and living room. Really liked the balcony with plenty of chairs and table without being crowded. Furniture is nice and beds were very comfortable for everyone.

Beautiful sunset views

We enjoyed our fall break stay. The views were gorgeous! We had a great view of the pool below, so the kids went out one evening, and we could see them fine. Only on 2nd floor as well, so easy to get in and out. Parking was great. The general area isn’t the best, you have to drive to major restaurants, but didn’t bother us. Our kids has a great week!

Perfect beach week

We had a reunion with our kids who all flew/drove to meet at this gorgeous beach and condo! The king bed was firm with no sagging at all and comfy pillows. Our married kids said the queen beds were not good and they lost some sleep. The kitchen is well stocked with many essentials. We weren’t ready to buy more fundamentals like dishwasher soap, trash bags, salt/pepper and all seasonings….but that didn’t stop the fun. The unit could use another set of silverware! The furniture inside and out was comfortable and in great shape. We will return!!!
