Perfect Vacation

This was our first time, as a family, taking a beach vacation so It was also our first time renting a condo that was beachfront. This stay was everything we couldโ€™ve hoped for. Super clean, easy access to the beach, and the entire place was family friendly. We will be back again. Hopefully sooner rather than later.

Truly Convenient

We loved being able to step out the back door and be literally steps away from the beach. Having chairs and an umbrella included was also a nice perk.

We had a wonderful vacation. The place was quiet. I enjoyed stepping out of the back patio and walking on the beach. Definitely a family place. It was nice to be able to cook in the kitchen and do our laundry when needed. We were also 5 minutes from the Gulfarium.

Sun, Sand & Surf! Who could ask for more!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Accommodations were comfortable, and well provided for. Access to the beach couldn't have been easier! Sunrise and sunset walks were both spectacular & soothing. We look forward to returning!

Great place for a small family.

The property was really close to the beach which was the best thing about this place. Not very far from Destin at allโ€ฆso gorgeous beach minus the Destin traffic. No major issues that needs to be addressed.

Great condo!

Perfect Set Up

1st floor right by the boardwalk was very nice. Small complex so getting chair and umbrella on beach was easy. Place was very clean and just as shown in the pictures.

Good for quick stay

As the title implies, this property is perfect for a quick stay but otherwise lacks basic amenities such a blender. The property is also older and the furniture expresses this. There's also construction set to occur at the building, much of the "face" of the building has scaffolding & some of the building is being supported via beams & air jacks? Likely of course they wouldn't do this if it was "safe" but I can see how some folks would feel uncomfortable.

Great get away

Great to be right on the beach. The condo had everything that we needed. It was a home away from home, only having the beach at our back door. All appliances worked. The bed was comfortable. The patio was a great place to have coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the late afternoon.

Good experience!

Location is fabulous especially with a 4 year old! Cleaning could improve. Beach was beautiful & close. I was sad not to see the beach every morning but happy to to have to struggle to bring in groceries. Restaurants are very convenient to this location. Overall great stay.

Perfect Beach Stay!

This was our first time staying at Island Sands Unit 103. It was the perfect little condo right on the beach. You walk out the door and you are just steps away from access to the beach. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was the perfect size for our family of three. This condo truly exceeded my expectations. We had a wonderful trip and will be back again next year!

Great location

Perfect for families. The condo is not busy and itโ€™s right in front of the beach. With an active 7 year old, being on the ground level was a plus. The only things to note: they do not have additional beach chairs, sand toys, and the pull out voice facing the TV could probably use a new mattress. Overall, would definitely return.
