Spacious, clean, comfortable and just steps to the sand. Stay included beach service of 2 chairs w/ umbrella - a classy touch. Location cannot be beat. Building is well maintained w/ a friendly staff. We hope to be back! Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room on the bottom floor was OK but we did find dirty under clothes and items that should’ve already been found by the cleaning crew or whoever does that before we even arrived. Also it we had a lot of rain and the rain pooled at our door step so that you were walking through water trying to get in the door of your condo. The wine cooler did not work and there weren’t any extra blankets for any room in case you got cold with the rain. It definitely change the temperament in the condo as well as our ability to go to the beach but that’s out of anybody’s control.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are only a few things that you could honestly say negatively about this place. We stayed on the ground level and beside the pool and walkway to the beach, a long with right outside the front door was the stairs to the other levels. I was concerned with noise/commotion with having 2 under the age of 2 years old. We also traveled across time zones and that added to my hesitancy with booking but we could not have had a better experience if we tried! The noise was never an issue. There were a few issues with the unit itself and the staff and management went above and beyond to ensure we were compensated and taking care of. We stayed there for an entire week and were sad to leave. The only thing I would suggest to the next is to ensure all appliances, doors and lights work before assuming they do. Again, they will fix any problem immediately but to save yourself from the hassle just check everything before you need it. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you to everyone!

We had 4 littles under 4 and this condo location & the layout was soooo perfect for us! It truly made this vacation 10000x better because of how close we were to the beach and the pool. The condo was extremely clean and spacious!

Nautilus Stay Room 1101 May 25 - May 29

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Floors were sandy, sinks and faucets were dirty. Guest bathroom shower liner was mildewed. The sliding glass door did not work properly and was very hard to open and close. Linens on bed were dingy and there was sand on the bed. Bedroom furniture is old and rickety. Furniture in living room is old and needs to be replaced. One closet in guest bedroom was full of pictures and could not be used.

Location, that’s what you get

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a positive experience and I would stay there again. Very responsive staff. Here are the negatives. Floors will never be clean and sand is everywhere. Bedding needed to be replaced upon arrival. The kiosks room developed a water leak in the ceiling and the refrigerator temp had to be adjusted to accommodate a full fridge. Beds and couches have seen better days, but the unit came with everything we needed. The whole facility is aged, the pool isn’t heated and drainage is an issue if it rains. All that being said, this was an average rental experience that I would repeat for the price.
