Summary:

Sunset Cottages located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL is the perfect spot for your beach vacation! This low-rise, 19-unit property is nestled along the white sandy beaches of The Gulf of Mexico and allows guests to enjoy a vacation filled with peace and uncrowded beaches. The courtyard style architecture puts the swimming pool in the center of the complex for easy access. Each unit has private balconies or patios allowing for a wonderful place to unwind. Enjoy nearby restaurants, entertainment, entertainment, and shopping. Retreat and relax while making great memories along the beaches of The Emerald Coast.



The Space:

This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a dining area, and private patio. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV. A set of twin bunk beds in the hallway (Great for the kids). A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, a full-size bathroom. Washer and dryer in unit. Ground floor access to unit with easy adjacent parking lot.

We've stayed here before and it was great. Everything we could think of needing in the kitchen was there. Very clean which made us really want to keep it that way. Being very close to the beach was a plus as well. This time we did have a few things that were disappointing. The cleanliness wasn't the same. The air vent in the bedroom is very dirty, my mom cleaned the ladder on the bunk beds, and the washing maching had a very bad odor (probably from it being closed up wet). I really wish there the option to put something on the top bunk to prevent falling off. My kiddos would have loved to have taken turns sleeping up there but without a proper railing they could not. It is great that just about anything you might want for the pool, beach, or ocean is there for every guest to use. The pool was the perfect temperature. The price had increased from last year but what hasn't.. We will have to see what next year is like!

Wonderful Beach Front Vacation

Property was exactly as listed. Pool was always clean. The only thing we needed while staying was a little extra toilet paper and food! When the beach was under warning because of currents the pool was always available. This is my second stay with my sister and the first for my husband and daughter. We will definitely be back!

Downfall of this condo

The condo was great.Clean,nice decorated so cute.The downfall was that we were on the ground floor . You could here the people above us and their every move all hours of the day and night. It was ridiculous.We couldn't get much rest especially at night .So i recommended that if anyone stays there its not on the ground floor.

Amazing condo steps from the beach

My boyfriend and I stayed April 5-9th. Our immediate impression when we first walked in was how nicely updated and immaculately clean the condo was. We had everything we needed and truly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this property and it's management company!
