Experience the perfect coastal getaway at Gulf Dunes Resort 612, a premier top-floor retreat on Okaloosa Island. This beachfront condo offers direct views of the emerald water and white sands from your private balcony. Located just west of Destin, the island provides a quiet atmosphere while keeping you minutes away from the harbor and local attractions.
The layout comfortably sleeps eight. The master suite features a king bed and balcony access, while the guest room offers a queen bed. A dedicated bonus room with bunk beds is perfect for kids, and the living area includes a sleeper sofa and smart TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, and the unit includes a private washer and dryer for your convenience. Your stay also includes free seasonal beach service (two chairs and an umbrella) and covered parking.

You are within walking distance of the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, the Gulfarium, and several restaurants. Whether you're exploring local shops or driving to Destin's outlet malls, this condo is an ideal home base for your next vacation

RESORT & AREA
Gulf Dunes Resort on Okaloosa Island provides a beachfront retreat with 426 feet of private shoreline. This seven-story complex features 102 units, each offering a private balcony with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. These one- to three-bedroom condos include full kitchens and in-unit laundry, while the property itself offers two swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, and grilling areas. Your rental will include seasonal beach service, providing you with beach chairs and umbrellas.

The resort is positioned near several local attractions on Okaloosa Island. Guests can walk to the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park and the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, while The Boardwalk offers shopping and entertainment less than a mile away. For a wider variety of activities, the Destin Harbor Boardwalk is approximately 6 miles to the east, typically a 10-minute drive. This hub is the primary location for fishing charters, dolphin tours, and waterfront nightlife.

Parking: Free uncovered parking is provided for up to 3 vehicles with each reservation. One designated space is covered, and the others are uncovered in the open lot.

Food: For groceries, you're just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe or nearby Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free. Dining options near Gulf Dunes are varied and accessible. Stewby's Seafood Shanty is a popular spot for fresh seafood located directly across the street. Other nearby choices include Old Bay Steamer for steamed platters and The Gulf, which offers outdoor seating and bay views. For Italian cuisine, Vincenzo's Italian Bistro is a short distance away, and The Shack provides a classic waterfront setting for local seafood.

Beach Service: One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.

Pool: There are two ocean-side gated pools at this resort which are open year-round. Pools are typically heated only as needed to maintain a tenable level, which is typically to a water temperature between 68-75℉.

• Completed and signed Rental Agreement must be received within 24 hours (via email)
• Vehicles are limited to passenger vehicles only. No RVs or Trailers
• No Smoking in unit or on balcony
• Check-In 4pm, Check-Out 10am
• Early Arrivals - Please plan to arrive at 4pm. If it is imperative that you check in before 4pm, we suggest reserving an extra night. However, you will be automatically notified by email if your room is ready before 4pm. The resort facilities and amenities are available to use while waiting.

CANCELLATIONS:
DAILY / WEEKLY RENTALS
• Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to arrival will receive 50% refund.
MONTHLY RENTALS (28 consecutive days or longer)
• Cancellations made at least 180 days prior to arrival of any calendar month will receive a 100% refund for the affected month(s).
• Cancellations made less than 180 days prior to arrival of any calendar month will forfeit the full required deposit for the affected month(s).
