Great Place to stay and Great location!!

Everything from check-in to check-out was a breeze!!! The location is PERFECT!!! It’s located on the 1st floor but still has incredible views!!! The condo was very nice and had everything we needed!!! And the beach was breathtaking…crystal clear water…we saw stingrays, crabs, tons of dolphins, and a manatee…and having the beach chairs and umbrella was so nice!!! Can’t wait to book another trip!!!!

Everything was as described. Loved being on the first floor. Only thing that could be better is blackout curtains in the master, and a better ceiling fan.

Enjoyed our stay

Everything was as pictured. Beds were comfortable. We really appreciate the extra effort put into this unit like extra pillows, blanket for the couch, hanging hooks throughout the condo. Plenty of towels. The rental chairs were nice and the guy was very pleasant. The only negative thing was very minor but the blinds are broke in the living room right in front of the master so you had to keep the master door shut.

Can’t wait for the next stay!

My mom and I took our first trip to Fort Walton, and it won’t be our last. We’ve been a Gulf Coast-going family since the 80s, staying in many condos over the years. This one was a favorite. The master bedroom is beautiful. The bathroom and closet are so spacious. The king bed was incredibly comfortable. The first floor access was a blessing. I thought I’d miss the sweeping views from being high up, but staring out into the ocean is wonderful at any height. Kitchen Wes clean and well equipped. A favorite part was the chair and umbrella rental that comes with renting the room. We stay out on the beach until the sun goes down mostly, so if that is your thing make sure to bring a chair or are okay to be in the sand. The chairs get packed up at 5pm daily. The area on the beach didn’t seem to be too packed and busy which was also nice. TVs all equipped with your favorite streaming services and live tv. Furniture is comfy, especially the patio chairs. The 1 thing we said we’d like to see put in are blinds for the sliding door in the living room. Being on the first floor it would be nice to be able to close that up when you’re hanging out in the room in the evening. My mother’s addition to the post: GREAT WATER PRESSURE! :) thanks for a great stay! Looking forward to using this unit in the future.

Noise

There was a lot of noise from the other units that kept us awake. Someone was smoking pot in one of the other units which made using the balcony almost impossible. I asked about raising the temperature on the pool because the weather and wind was cool which made the pool feel really cool. I was told it was set on 85 and it could not be raised - believe me the temperature was not 85 in the pool.
