Cancelation Policy: 100% refund up to 30 days prior; 50% refund under 30 days; no refund within 30 days. No refunds for stays 20+ days.

Credit card fee (3.2%) is non-refundable after 24 hours. Other payment methods available, for direct booking, email for directions on how to pay.

No cashier’s or traveler’s checks accepted. Payment must be made by renters staying on property. Renters Agreement must be signed to receive check-in information.
