The room was clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Parking was good. The pools and hot tubs were in good condition and fun. The walk down to the beach was short and the sand and water were amazing. The whole family had a blast! We would definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a beach vacation. (For reference we are a family of 6 kids ages 17, 15, 13, and 11).

This was our first stay at the Waterscape. We have a two year old little boy and we believe he had the best time. We really enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to walk right out to the beach, then go to the pool area, and be able to walk back and forth as we wanted with the showers (to rinse off sand) right in between. There are lots of pool options, but with this being October we really appreciated the heated pool. We also appreciated the little tiki bar with food options. The condo was very nice and pretty comfortable. Overall kid/family friendly resort and we would stay here again.

We loved this property. Only drawback was that the main pool with lazy river was closed. It was chilly so not sure we would have used it looked nice. The heated pool and hot tubs were sufficient and having beach access was perfect. We plan to return and possibly make this an annual trip.

We had a fantastic time at Waterscape condominiums. The property was perfect for us since we are a family of 5 with 3 children 5 and under. The pools were clean, beach access with chairs was amazing, and the room was clean with all our amenities. We even were able to check in early. The only downfall is there is a lot of construction in the area and there are also 3 adult male night clubs within a 1 mile radius. If you stay here plan to stay at the resort or drive in to Destin for more restaurant options and tourist attractions.

The pools were packed. Long walk to the room but after we figured out the elevators it was good. The room was nice and you didn’t hear other people in the halls or their rooms. I was on the 6th floor though. All in All we had a great time. Some upgrades could be done for sure.

Great stay kids had an amazing time. Would love to give a perfect review however, the security staff decided to disassemble and vacuum out our dryer right in the middle of our stay it took over an hour and was very loud and intrusive right when it was time to feed my kids and put the baby down for a nap. I called the desk and they said there was nothing they could do about it. It really messed up one of our days. They should plan better and do that kind of thing when the condo is not being rented.

Amazing experience

Cute, small little condo for a getaway. Perfect size for my family and our needs. Room was close to the garage so unloading and loading our things were a breeze. There is a king size bed, 2 twin beds near the front door, and the couch pulls out into a bed if needed. The king size bed is a lot taller than most beds, so keep that in mind if you are on the shorter side. The room is a bit further back, but can still see the ocean as well as the pools. Despite there being an accumulative amount of people there, it was quiet and we were never once disturbed. The property is very communicative throughout your stay and is there if you need anything. There are elevators available as well as stairs. Sometimes the elevators took a long time to come and it was actually faster to take the stairs. We plan to return in the near future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Upon first arriving, the property seemed to be nice. After staying for 24 hours, I realized the only redeeming factor of this property was the pool/resort/beach area. The condo appears nice, however the floors were filthy, the area under the microwave was covered in grease, and the icing on the cake would be the 3 roaches I saw outside the front door on our last night. Also, we were given an 18 hour notice that the condo would have NO running water for 4-8 hours on our second day. Hopefully this facility can work this out as the pool and beach were fantistic.

Nice place, great amenities but very dirty!

The location and the amenities were amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel was not so great. The floor was really dirty, dried ketchup around the dining table and huge ball of hair in the kitchen, and I mean huge. Definitely didn’t want to use the kitchen after that. The bed sheets had stains on them. The washer was nasty. Got there at around 9 pm and had to wash our bed sheets. I traveled with 4 kids so laundry was a must. I washed the washer which was nasty. We ate out so didn’t use the kitchen. We told the office next day of the dirty floor and came it to clean it right away but it was still dirty. The dried ketchup under the dining table was still there. Please hire a better cleaning service crew!
