"The staff were great. The room was adequate but dated. It had a strong smell of bleach which made me feel that it was clean, but it was a bit overwhelming"

"The room was spotless, and I really enjoyed the breakfast. The parking was super convenient too. Plus, it was just a 20-minute walk to Dickies Arena, which was awesome! 5 stars. Definitely would stay here again. "

"What do that was the staff! Dawn, who was working at the front desk, help me connect to the Internet via my laptop. Then, the day I checked out I couldn’t find my cell phone and thought I had left it in my room. Dawn accompanied me back to my room to help look for my phone she even called my phone from her phone. To my embarrassment, I found my phone in one of my pocket pockets later but she was very helpful and very polite and very patient with me.
Tonetta is a traveling manager: she greeted me during breakfast my first morning. We had a discussion about North Carolina, where she is from. The following morning she again greeted me at breakfast and recalled our conversation from the previous day. She is an asset to your management staff with skills in customer engagement!"
