"We had the friendliest staff, the hotel is very clean and well maintained and the room service is excellent! Stayed here for BTS walked to the stadium both days. Finding the sky bridge can be a bit tricky so make sure to ask for directions."

"The room was good overall. The breakfast was great. Parking lot was clean and very well lit. I do have one thing to say. I was awakened at 8:52 am the day I was going to check out by the house keeping crew. As far as I know check out was at 11:00 am. Other than that everything else was great especially the front desk employees. Thank you for the great experience."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Lux Hotel in Arlington, Texas! I had a wonderful experience at the Lux Hotel in Arlington, Texas! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Everyone I encountered went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. You can really tell that the hotel takes pride in keeping the property in great condition. The pool area was absolutely wonderful—a great place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the Texas weather. The bar was also a great touch, with a nice atmosphere that made it easy to sit back and enjoy yourself. What stood out to me most was the quality of the service. The staff was polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Good customer service can make or break a hotel stay, and the Lux Hotel definitely got it right. Overall, I would highly recommend the Lux Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable place to stay in Arlington. Great rooms, great pool, great bar, great atmosphere, and most importantly, great people. I would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
