A room with 2 queen beds and no chair, desk, luggage rack, with barely enough room to walk in the room. Room for four people with two towels, no housekeeping except every other day and the 2 very small trash cans were overflowing. For guests that are smokers outside there needs to be ashtrays. Front desk person as we checked out had her personal cell phone on loud and was watching something. I asked what is that noise, her reply a phone. She was rude and made no attempt to silence the loud noise. My biggest issue was dogs were allowed when your signs clearly say no pets except for service animals. While we were eating breakfast in comes a person with their dog in the dining area that was clearly not a service animal. We Do not eat with dogs in our food area and sleeping in your beds. Never again will we stay in a Hilton property with your pet rules.

Horrible front desk workers
The front desk workers made this one night stay frustrating. We were there for a middle school show choir competition. The director asked that all the keys be ready (maybe 10-15?) because there was a short turnaround time between arrival, getting ready, and going to the school. This was a Thursday afternoon and as my husband and I waited in the lobby for an hour for our room, there wasn't alot of activity. The bus arrived at 4pm (after the 3pm checkin time) and the director stood at the front desk till 5pm waiting on keys only to get about half of them. Some kids got to go to their room, some (inc. my 11yr old) had to stay on the bus. They had to just get ready at the competition. There was no sense of urgency for workers. My husband and I were in our room for about 10 mins and the same lady w a clipboard that saw us walk into our room, entered our room as I was changing with a muttered sorry when I peered around the corner. The next morning, we witnessed an irrate older man at the front desk during breakfast, mad about a dog in the food area. He said his wife had animal allergies. Not sure about dogs in hotel, though we did see several, it was the older women workers attitudes when he left. When they spoke to the dog owner, they made sure to point out who complained, still not really concerned. We watched them bust up laughing about it and making comments about him and the situation. I was surprised about all the excellent ratings bc we certainly did not experience that.

We were in town for a dive meet, originally across the street but moved about 10 minutes down the street. The hotel was still a great location. There was plenty of dining within walking distance and even a movie theater. Much more was in an easy drive. The area felt super safe. Staff was friendly and super accommodating. We were able to get both an early checkin and late check out. Granted, it was only an hour each way, but still beyond helpful for us. Breakfast was ok. Typical hote breakfast. And even with hundreds of kids around, everything was quiet and respectful. Completely opposite of my experiences when staying at other hotels that have youth groups staying. I credit not only the families, but the staff for controlling it. Often at other hotels when kids are out of control staff is just ignoring bad behavior. Not here

Receptionist was away for 10 minutes on arrival and never bothered apologizing. She went on to be rude and inconsiderate. Not a great receptionist

We booked this hotel because we had a birthday party. When i booked the room and conference room, i was told the pool was open and no renovation were going on the day of the party the lady at the desk informed us that the pool had been closed for 3months. Very disappointed in this hilton.
