House was nothing as expected. Not very clean. The refrigerator was dirty floor was dirty, looked like it wasn't cleaned after the last guests. Bathtubs had a ring of some kind of buildup. Big rat trap was placed near a big hole from the garage into the house. Cockroaches everywhere in the house. Places in the floor seemed to be rotting. Cobwebs in every corner of the house. Only one roll and a half of toilet paper was left for a house of 5 people. Overall just not very cozy or welcoming.

Good communication with the owners. it was everything we needed. Honestly didn't even need a house this big. My daughter was showing horses so we came in every night at 9:00 and we're gone by 7:00 in the morning. She we enjoyed the pool table for a couple hours the last night we were actually able to relax for a few. it was snowing and ice everywhere, heat was good. Had everything we needed

It was great for my family! We definitely enjoyed the game room. It was great to entertain all of us in our downtime. We also enjoyed how spacious it is and everyone had their own space as well as plenty of family room as well. Each room had its own tv and that was a plus as well. The neighborhood is family friendly and felt safe. The host was very helpful and communicative. Overall 10/10, checked all of our boxes, and would definitely book again next time we are in the area!

This house was so comfortable and affordable. I literally love the living room. My wife, my son, and I played pool and all the sticks were good. I really enjoy this house. It’s an older house but very comfortable. The neighbors actually came outside and introduced themselves. I felt very welcome in the neighborhood.

Great stay!

My teenage children, my grown children and their spouses and I were very pleased with our stay. Location and host communication was great! Everyone had their own private area to sleep. My kids definitely enjoyed the pool table! Would certainly stay again.

Disgusting

Dirty, mice/cockroach infested unit. Bathrooms were filthy when we arrived. Somebody put a coat of paint on a trashy house and turned it into a VRBO. Even the back yard is trashy. Flooring feels like you're going to step through the rot underneath.

Convenient and spacious

A big group of us all came into town for an event at Dickies Arena and we all had plenty of room here. The bathrooms look recently updated and all the common spaces were large enough for everybody to hang out and visit comfortably. The owners were very responsive and helpful and the place was only a short drive away from the event.

Sharp metal on front door frame is a hazard - causing injury to anyone who walks to close to the door frame. Mice ate our pizza. Game room pool cues are all broken

Overall ok.. Very spacious in quiet neighborhood! Rear door lock was broken. Property manager came to repair after two days. There were two wasp nests at the front door and the rear door. Manager came to spray after two days. There spider Webs and dead insects in the house.The floors in the house are uneven and bumpy… TV in every room, good bathrooms, laundry facilities, and pool table and foosball…

Great house for a family

Great house for a family. We would stay again. Not too far from the stockyards and a safe neighborhood. Only suggestion is the toilet seat in the main bathroom needs to be fixed and the house advertised a hot tub and there is no hot tub in the back. The house does have a pool table and foosball table. Overall great stay and we would recommend to stay if you are in the area.

As a brand new listing I expected there to be a few kinks. I contacted them with a few questions and they were super quick to reply. I made a few suggestions that in my opinion would make this an even better experience in the future. I would absolutely stay here again.
