Can hear everything, rooms are really cold at night, thermostat seems to be set for the floor. Great historical hotel. The restaurant seems to be a waste - the kitchen is in the basement. The poor servers have to run up and down steps or take the elevator from the roof to the basement.

We & all the hotel guests were kicked out of the hotel restaurants and bar even though we were staying there. The hotel staff then told us the restaurant & bar were 3rd party even though the hotel advertised it as an amenity. Incredible rooftop bar but hotel guests weren’t allowed to use it while we were there. The staff was nice enough but did nothing to fix it. Won’t stay at this hotel next time.

There was remnants from the previous reservation in my room… like red petals, a bottle of wine, and 2 balloons. Just doesn’t make me feel the best knowing these items weren’t cleaned. Makes me wonder what else wasn’t cleaned. Very nice people, great food downstairs, and fun stuff to do around the hotel. All in all, it was just a decent stay.

I booked three rooms for two nights through Expedia. Then I went back and booked direct for one more night. Thursday night was great Friday we wake up and are out shopping when we get a phone call that we don’t have reservations for two of the rooms and have to leave!!! Then Sinclair hotel charges me for that one room. So we will never stay there again.

Room upgrade promised was not even documented, even though rh3 room was nice and comfortable that was a bad impression. When i went to pay for incidental hold it showed approved on the card reader. And was pending in my account however they said it declined and so they locked us out of making any to room purchase even though my money was locked to them. Valet was horrendous couldnt get off their phines lonf enough to help any1

The stay overall was great, but I have to say that they had an emergency water outage at the exact time that I was covered with soap in the shower. It was an anomaly and couldn't be helped, but obviously that was very inconvenient. I have to admit they got the water back on in less than an hour. Otherwise, everything was great.

Room 404 had bad scenery, outside the one window, where the second window did not open and was dark. Service for items to the room, We had to call down a couple of times to get robes and water. The room service person in the morning upon us, or breakfast was also a little sour it was not pleasant. The front desk was pleasant, and we enjoyed our service from there. The room is small and tight, and we may look for another hotel nearby in the future. Lastly, the rooftop bar closed early on Saturday @8pm.

Hotel is beautiful and staff is friendly. Checkin was a breeze and took less than 5 minutes. Rooftop bar is nice and offers a nice view of downtown and had gas fire pits that were very enjoyable. The touchscreen controls in the room was a cool feature and easy to use. My only complaints was the air conditioner. It was a warm fall weekend and we couldn’t get as cool as we like it. Also housekeeping didn’t replace our towels and we had to call for some that evening when we were getting ready to go to dinner. Overall I recommend this property.

Very clean and classy. Had a weekend getaway with my wife and was treated very well during my stay. We took advatage of the resturaunt downstairs which again was very classy and the food was great. Overall great experience with so much to do around the hotel.

Loved the updated technology featured in the rooms and the rooftop bar had views like none other. We enjoyed being walking distance from food, bars, shopping, and Sundance square. Would definitely stay here again.
