Great property and very friendly staff. My only comment is about the use of plastic. Like many other places in Brazil, unfortunately the use of plastic cups and plastic straws is still very common. I do hope the leadership of the hotel implements a plastic free policy soon. Obrigada.

We had great expectations, but was a little disappointed. There was a lot of families staying at this hotel. The room looked a little old. There was no complimentary water nor coffee in the room. The dinner and breakfast buffet was ok. But there are more romantic hotels in the area if you want to Bring your spouse for a treat.

Hotel is in good condition, clean and well staffed. Food was good and both breakfast and dinner had plenty of options. The beach is amazing and easily accessible, with permanent facilities like chairs, and straw beach huts, with the staff being very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and spacious, with AC working well and a nice porch, although it had only two chairs, no table or chaise, and wasn’t really very comfortable to use. The only main problem during our stay was with the fitness center, most equipments were on maintenance, without a basic treadmill (absent, not broken), an issue for a runner like me when the weather is not ideal for outdoor training. If possible, choose a villa instead of the apartment, they are really nice and is the main attraction of the resort. We tried to upgrade our reservation but we were told the hotel was 100% booked, although villas seemed to still be available online for the period we were staying. Also, consider the hotel is about 1h away from the main city, Fortaleza, so it’s perfect for a stay-in-the-resort kind of vacation, but not very convenient if you also enjoy a good city dining or nightlife. Plan accordingly, traffic in Fortaleza is a bit unpredictable.

Hotel localizado em linda praia, porém afastado de Fortaleza. Ótimo café da manhã e serviços de buffet no almoço e jantar. Porém peca na instalação dos quartos, que são antigos e precisa de uma reformulação, a Tv no quarto pega apenas alguns canais inexpressivos e as vezes some a imagem. Mas o grande problema é que quase não existe recreação na piscina, tanto para crianças como para adultos. E no período noturno tem somente apresentação de cantor em dias alrnados, tornando a estadia monótona, pois como disse o hotel fica afastadods cidades, no meio de um condomíniofechado. Podia melhor e muito neste quesito para tornar a estadia mais agradável.

- Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, fleckige Armaturen, Türen, Spiegel, ... - Bett unbequem - Personal ist meist freundlich (vor allem im Whiterestaurant), spricht aber ausser Portugiesisch keine andere Sprache. Die Kommunikation war daher nur mit Handy möglich und wir hatten das Gefühl dass wir viele Infos nicht erhalten (z.B. zu Aktivitäten oder eine Führung durchs Gelände etc. Es wurde sich nicht bemüht was schade ist) - essen war okay. Uns war bei der Buchung nicht bewusst, dass in der Halbpension die Getränke nicht inkludiert sind, nicht einmal beim Abendessen. - Preis-/Leistung stimmte für uns leider nicht.

Não considero razoável que um hotel (cuja classificação tem 4 ou 5 estrelas) deixe um hóspede esperando no check in em razão do quarto ainda não estar disponível para recebê-lo. Como se não bastasse chegar no horário (14h) e não poder acessar ao meu quarto, os recepcionistas apenas diziam para “aguardar”, pois eu receberia um aviso no WhatsApp quando o quarto estivesse disponível, sem qualquer previsão de tempo. Insisti por uma previsão quanto ao tempo que eu deveria esperar e só aí fui direcionado para um outro quarto, onde o controle do ar-condicionado apresentava defeito (não desligava e não alterava a temperatura). Fiz a reclamação junto à recepção e fui informado de que alguém iria verificar o problema. Esperei por um tempo e ninguém foi ao quarto. Apenas a noite, quando fiz uma nova solicitação, foi encaminhado um funcionário. Poderia destacar outros aspectos (bufê mediano do almoço e morosidade do serviço na área da piscina), mas vou me limitar a enfatizar aquilo que me parece essencial: em um hotel deste porte a experiência necessita ser impecável de acolhimento e cuidados.

Funcionários educadíssimos e prestativos e atenderam a todos os nossos pedidos. O Bangalô confortável, com uma vista linda.As refeições servidas no restaurante deixam a desejar.Boa variedade porém com pouca qualidade. As refeições servidas no bar da piscina são ótimas com destaque para o peixe frito. Destaque para os funcionários, Hugo, Antonio, Kevin, Suze, Lucélia e Wellington. Maravilhosos!
