「This is a lovely little room, but it was missing a few things. It could use a small shelf in the shower for shampoo and soap, and a place to hang towels to dry. 「Gave the place a try after the already bad reviews. Customer service terrible, staff had me come after suggested canceling. Wasn’t there and key was so bad it broke. Too my money and didn’t reply for a refund. Definitely a no no. I’m making a complaint to Expedia 」
