「My only complaint was the bracelets that are used to open our room, fitness room, beach towels, gates to and from the beach almost never worked. After my third bracelet I got a room key and it worked perfectly! The bracelet is a great concept. But in our group , only sometimes, mostly never did the bracelets worked properly. 「I like have a bar , when you relax have some wine it’s good Idea, also so close to san old Carlos, has a lot of good restaurants. But blanket too terrible, when I touch it and I will woke up, so I had to took it alway, and then I cool. And air conditioner so nose, whole night I slept not will at all. Actually it is very good situation, Also workers super nice, just blanket really bad. I’m not sure if Next time I will back there, if they change blanket, I will back. 」

「Ein tolles Hotel nur 9 Fahr-Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und die Regendusche im Bad war einfach klasse. Wir hatten einen schönen Balkon direkt neben dem Eingang. Die Zeit bis zum Check-in konnten wir bereits mit einem Besuch im schönen Außenpool überbrücken. Das Hotel ist ohne Ausnahme zu empfehlen. 」

The air conditioning was out in the lobby, hallway, and breakfast area which was no fault of the hotel and it was a very hot week in Bonita Springs. The staff at front desk and breakfast area was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. They kept their cool in spite of the heat and was always cheerful.
