「We very much enjoyed our stay at the Modern San Pedro home! The kitchen came well stocked with all the needed pots, pans, utensils, and quality large and small appliances. The adjoining living and dining areas were quite large with comfortable seating and furnishings for all. The master bedroom bath is “high end” with everything and more than expected and all bedrooms were well appointed. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest.
