“Out of order, out of order, out of order. Everything was out of order. Ice machines, breakfast bar, office room computer, elevator, heck even the ATM in the lobby. The vending machines had signs up on them warning that hotel management does not give refunds as they dont own them, which is normally true, but the fact every machine had the warning makes me wonder how many time people got ripped off. Normally I try to find something nice to say, to layer in but this hotel needs to stop trying.……

“Room was average but great for the price. Older hotel but served my purpose well. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was functional for a quick grab and go. ”

“Best breakfast we've had at a hotel. The breakfast area was spotless and well stocked. Our room was clean. The pillows were like half pillows so if you're picky about your pillow, maybe bring your own. ”

“very conveniently located 0.7 miles from the Convention center - an easy walk on sidewalk and main roads. Some of the neighborhood further down the road was "sketchy" as my kids would say but we did not feel unsafe at any time. Backyard was nicely done with lots of outdoor seating, a fire pit and grill. Outside we could hear traffic and a few trains but not inside the house.”

“The staff was outside the front door smoking cigarettes when I arrived. Once I walked through the smoke I was checked in, the staff seemed nice. The pool was not working, neither was the elevator. I left to rake care of business and came back to relax and take a shower. I found out there was no soap or shampoo so I rinsed off and went to bed. I tried using the tv but it was not connecting to the wifi. Too tired to fuss, I used my phone for a few minutes and tried to sleep. There was alot of……
