“Three people from our organization stayed here while attending a week long conference at the Mariott at Crabtree. We saved so much money renting this wonderful home as compared to three hotel rooms, yet we were only 15 minutes away. The house was spotless and had everything we needed (and more). The beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast and the neighborhood, while busy, was quiet. The couple of times we needed to contact our hosts, they responded within minutes and were very gracious. “The home has a great, large floor plan and wonderful amenities. The kitchen has a lot of space as well as a nice pantry. The couch was large and great for naps. The dishwasher and washing/drying machines were useful. The beds were comfy. I was very happy with the amount of space in the home. I thought the price was fair for a comfortable long term stay.”

“My husband and I stayed here with our 2 dogs for 5 days. The location is great and far enough away from the city that you can enjoy the stars at night, but close enough to drive into Raleigh for any event! The house had a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and was very clean. We will stay here again for our next Raleigh trip!”

“We were visiting our daughter in Garner and this was only 15 minutes away.The yard was terrific for our pups! They got their energy out!! It was easy to go back and forth to the house to let the pups out! I would just suggest a light for nighttime use for the backyard.. Otherwise it was great!!”

“Our family was in Raleigh for our son's graduation from NC State. This house was perfect for us- about 10-15 minutes from campus and our son's apartment. We had 4 adults, which included two grandparents, one with visual impairment and both with mobility issues. The house was all on one level (one small step to enter and a slightly larger step to go on the screened porch). The house was not cluttered; after about 24 hours, our visually impaired grandmother could freely move about independently.……

“We stayed at this beautiful house for a quick weekend girls trip! The house was as described and thoroughly enjoyed the use of the hot tub. Though we missed the chickens, as there weren’t any at the time we visited! We also walked down to Lorraine’s for coffee! “While the listing is "technically" accurate, it is incomplete. The entry door can't be locked or unlocked from the outside which requires someone to climb over the passenger seat to get in. Listed WiFi was nonexistent. Listed TV was useless as it wasn't noted that there was NO service of any kind. Listing claims "totally electric" yet we had NO hot water the entire time we were there. The bathroom door does not latch and offers little privacy. The air conditioner was erratic and failed to……

“We stayed for a graduation & family gathering. Although I was supposed to have more in my group, there would've been plenty of room if my whole group of 10 stayed. Lachelle was responsive and knowledgeable, thanks! The place was simple and clean. Caveat: The owner provided the basics (which is fine) so bring your own every day things, like coffee seasonings, coffee filters, etc. (or K-cup machine). Overall, a good place!”
