"We loved this home! Awesome to have two dishwashers, 2 large refrigerators, 4 washers n 4 dryers. The kids loved the canoes and dock. What a plus to have fishing poles and life jackets. The pool table was also a hit!! We loved the views from the back deck and the convenience to get places. "
"We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is spacious, clean, located near all the outdoor activities we were interested in checking out, and had awesome amenities. Our pup loved the fenced in yard, and we loved the ease of access to the lake, relaxing on the deck and in the hot tub, as well as the hospitality we received. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the game room, but it looked like a lot of fun! "

"We had a great stay in Pagosa Springs, our first time traveling with our pup. Plenty of room for everyone and everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked too!"
"2nd time staying at property. Everything was clean and spacious. New flooring and paint throughout since we stayed last. The only thing that can use improvement is kitchen prepping knives were practically non existent (broken handles) and non stick pans need to be replaced. I had to go to Walmart and buy a cheap set for 12. Maybe they will read this review and purchase a new set for this property along with prepping knives. . Other than that I would stay again but would bring my own coffee filters, knives and pans. "
"We had a great time at this lovely home close to all the beauty Pagosa Springs has to offer. The mornings were peaceful with daily deer and geese sightings and the nights were quiet with a gorgeous night sky full of stars. The showers were hot, there was a full kitchen (which saved us money eating out), and we really couldn’t have asked for a better layout for our small group. Highly recommend this home for your PG visits!! "
