"We had another wonderful stay at Charlie’s villa. The two bedroom villa was spotless, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook and eat with, the living room was comfortable and the outdoor patio was great for hanging out and watching the breathtaking views of the turquoise water and white sand. This is a perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Charlie is wonderful — always quietly there when needed, and attentive without ever being intrusive.We rented a car from him for the time of our stay and Charlie also arranged an airport pick up for us on our arrival. We had wonderful time kayaking, relaxing and exploring the island. I also have to mention, we booked massages with Charlie’s sister-in-law Nitza, who is truly amazing. Everything felt effortless from start to finish. One of those rare places you instantly want to return to and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing and memorable seaside escape.Thank you Charlie!!!"

Having explored Exuma on three previous occasions, we can confidently say this rental was a standout – truly the best we've ever encountered. The villa is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location is nothing short of spectacular, offering truly beautiful and captivating views. We loved the convenience of on-site car and boat rentals, and spending our days with access to kayaks, a gorgeous waterfront patio, and our own beach was pure bliss. "Stayed for 7 days of absolute heaven! Rodman was overly accommodating. The bungalow was perfect for our couples getaway. The bungalow itself was clean, had unbelievable views, great amenities such as a toaster, coffee pot, air fryer, hair dryer, steamer, snorkeling gear and floating rafts. The deck was my favorite as I sat and watched turtles and stingrays everyday of our stay! Would highly recommend!"

"Our stay at the Calm Waters villa was absolutely unforgettable! The accommodations were beautiful, spotless, and perfectly equipped — with our own private deck, beach, dock and pool to relax in complete peace. The hosts went above and beyond to make everything easy, including arranging a seamless private transfer. We loved kayaking, paddleboarding, and snorkleing right from the property and were lucky enough to see a family of stingrays, sea turtles, and plenty of colorful fish!! I definately plan to rent a boat or jetski and have them brought to the dock next time! We took a few trips to other beaches and each one was its own special experience. Local stores nearby made it simple to pick up food and snacks, and the location felt wonderfully private yet convenient. I also felt very safe, even though the location was secluded. We also went to several good restaurants for dinner and drinks! It was nice to have the option to socialize when we felt like it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a private island getwaway in one of the most beautiful places in the world! Cant wait to go back!"
