“Incredibly clean, exactly what I paid for and more. Rooms have great privacy, are well kept, and have HVAC that regulates room temp well. Excellent customer service, was easily able to contact property managers to discuss personal accommodations and they were more than happy to help. Could not recommend this place enough for an affordable stay in Boston. Easy to get into the city as the station is just a quick walk from the property (and a safe walk at night).”

“Cons: The issues began as soon as we arrived. Another couple stood outside with blank expressions, just as confused as we were. After several attempts someone finally picked up our call— to repeatedly say they had sent “several” app‑based messages, later they sent a whatsapp message with detials. As travelers, it’s unrealistic to expect visitors to download multiple apps, have stable network access, read instructions, and then open doors using codes. The other couple also had phone problems……

“This is basically a student share, where you will get a room from a kid off for the summer, with shared bathroom (clean enough, but towels provided smelled moldy, so we went out to but a new one). One bed was missing a top sheet, and bottom sheet looked wrinkled, which made us worry about clean sheets. The cleaning lady was very helpful and polite and assured us it was. The kitchen was very clean - but only good for coffee. All warming up food or cooking discouraged. Rooms and hallways could……

“We felt safe. But there is a lot of extra instructions that made the stay difficult. I was hung up on , upon arrival when I asked about email for entry to suburban loft property. I'm grateful and I wanted to be treated with more respect and kindness. I Love Boston!”

“This unique historic property was a delight to visit. Justin our host was incredibly passionate about the history of the house and the area. He was also very welcoming and cooked an incredible breakfast. If you are interested in Massachusetts and/or early American history and want a stay with a difference I would thoroughly recommend Josiah Keith House.”

“Nice place to live (self catering type) but a slop hill of about 25m to walk through if on foot. With 7 day pass, it is easy to travel to Boston city about 40mins. Nearby, get restaurants and 7-11. It is a good place (cost effective) to stay for my Boston marathon and walk around Boston. ”

“Very nice suite, very clear rules, 5stars! Thanks. （It would be best to install non-slip mats in the glass shower enclosure, as the plastic floor might be slippery! Of course, installing non-slip handrails would be even better, thank you.） ”
