“Over the road from a shop is very handy.”

“Room smelt clean on entering which was pleasant. The bed was hard and pillow very high. Would have liked a small pairing knife in the kitchen to be available.”

“Fantastic property decorated to a very high standard. The hosts are lovely people. Definitely a must if you’re in the area.”

“Great base for a family get together. Nice to have a fire place for a cosy stay.”

“Easy to find, A bit of a haul up the outside stairs but view was worth it. A bit of an effort to open the key lock box. A nice place to stay”

“Third time stsying here. Perfect spot. ”

“Perfect”

“Initially looked clean. Some mould on windows in bathroom. Bed was less than average. No bedside lamps or lights. Light comes through edges of blind. Room was small and dingie. Cutlery and crockery was mishmash. Shower was clean. Was very disappointed overall”

“Great place Great location. It had everything we needed and the generous breakfast supplies were a bonus! Thanks for hosting”

“Great spot, well equipped little house which had everything we needed. Thanks so much for making it available. Ideal for a two person stay. We would definitely use it again.”

“We had a great time at Time and Tide. With everything there we needed for a great stay. Plenty of space for family groups/gatherings. Hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to any requests/messages.Enjoyed the beach and food at the local bar / restaurant was great with generous portions. Thanks for having us.”

“Was a great spot and ideal for having dinner with everyone that stayed here and the other house down the road. A few downsides to our stay - no firelighters or matches were provided, no blue rubbish bag sor bin outside as per instructions, so we had to leave the rubbish in the black bag on the deck. There was also an issue with the plug in the master bedroom behind the draws that was loose and unable to be used. Other than that the property was great.”

“Super clean, freshly and tastefully decorated with everything you could possibly need. A beautiful place to stay and a stone's throw to the beach. Highly recommended!”

“Was just what we needed, we only slept here as we had another house booked that we used for our group dinner. There wasn't any small wood to start the fire with but other than that the house was clean and tidy and as expected. Thanks for having us”

“Lovely place to stay, a cottage with everything you need, well presented, cosy and comfortable. Host prepared the room well for breakfast, preheating, and guidelines. One of most comfortable beds I have slept in. We enjoyed our stay, and would come here again if staying in Levin again.”

“We were very happy with the property we booked for our stay in Levin. It was a few minutes from town but easy roads and driving to our venue we needed to be at. Our accomodation had everything we needed and was very comfortable.”
