Amazing spacious room. Couldn’t connect to WiFi and the staff were unhelpful. Spent an hour at the front desk trying to check in and was told the room might not be available despite booking days prior.

Even though the hotel is under renovation the staff was great and the room was nice. They had to move the front desk and the breakfast room but it was easy to find and food was good. The food service woman was great she kept everything stocked and fresh even getting me something I asked for even though it was the end of service and she was picking up. I would definitely stay again.

My stay here is usually great... this time in room 319- there was a broken window next to the bed that couldn't close (during a super windy Nor'Easter), the bathroom light didn't work (the room with the sink), and the mopping was sub-par. Not thrilled this go-around.

What I did not like were the two fire alarms on one day and a third on another day. In all three cases the fire department came and soon left. The TV kept coming on in the middle of the night during one of the 4 nights we stayed here. It came on and had to be shut off 4 times.

Great location and I think it's going to be amazing after the renovations are complete. The staff was super great to deal with, especially Cassie. One day she was making one of the best I've had at a Residence Inn, and the next day she was helping me check back in when we extended our stay. I would have given 5 stars for all categories, but there was a lot of dust an a few tools to navigate when we went in and out of the building. We will definitely be staying here again.
