"The hotel is well-positioned for those who want to explore Aix. The hotel has beautiful grounds (if it's sunny) and there is a gorgeous pool outdoors for those who like to lounge. Downside, poor service in the bar -- overwhelmed staff with insufficient staff to serve guests in a timely fashion. Makes it difficult if you are trying to be more casual and get a bite to eat or drink there. Skimpy on things like amenities to the skin and hair -- no hair conditioner in the room or in the spa. No body...

"Excellent choice - convenient location to many train connections, has a spa and pool included with stay. There is an outdoor patio area and a bar on first floor. There is a great hot breakfast that can be purchased with your stay. Awesome place and great staff!"
