West End Washington DC, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
6/10 Okay
"Room was clean, beds comfortable. Staff was friendly. The pictures show a restaurant that is not connected to hotel, not recommended by staff. The “breakfast” or morning coffee that is offered is in this restaurant but staff did not mention it. Looks like a cute restaurant but was not recommended by hotel staff when asking for dinner recommendations. No pool, no workout center, no onsite parking. Parking garage is around corner."
"This place was very clean, quiet, and accessible to the best restaurants, shopping, and activities. Honestly an amazing rate for the location.
The beds were super comfortable, the minisplit worked great, and I felt safe and secure at night given it's location and double lock entry.
This is a self-service type of deal, so if you want someone to greet you and/or a lobby, this is not for you. But if you're wanting to be out doing things, this is ideal."
"Staff was very helpful, nice and professional.
Room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.
Near everything..
I would definitely stay there again"
"The room had no access to fresh air, it was stuffy and smelled like perfume. The staff said if I want fresh air I can go outside. There was an air conditioning unit, but it was just recirculating the smelly stale air. The bed was terrible, too soft and had a noisy sliding plastic pad under the sheet. The pillows were the size of infant crib pillows and had no fill. We had a horrible night."
