“The host, Romana, has been very helpful and friendly. Reply to emails was quick. I arrived earlier than expected and the time I told them, but Romana rushed back to open the door for me, also allowed me for early check-in after the room is ready. Totally appreciated!

“The room was SPOTLESS. The bathroom was immaculately clean. AC worked very well, zero complaints. Located in the heart of the Old Town, it was so convenient, and I did not need to climb steps. “第一天入住，對於窗外的景色不甚滿意，因為是訂海景房，但看出去的景色被附近的地形及建物擋住八九成，對於這樣的海景房有些失望。透過 Hotels.com 的意見回復，隔天，飯店的接待經理立刻幫我換房間，還出面跟我解說，服務好的讓我有點受寵若驚。雖然是商務出差，大部分時間都得出門去開會，但是每天早上起床躺在床上看到美麗的海景，心情還是高興的。可惜是冬天來住，湛藍的海水跟美麗的海灘都無法使用，希望有機會可以再來這邊住，享受一下美麗的海灘跟清澈的海水。”

“Nice view from terrace. Perfect service. Hotel manager is very nice and responsive. Location wise it is 15 mins walk to the old town. We had the family room with private terrace looking at the sea. It is very beautiful. There are stairs to walk but hotel staff are helpful with luggage.”
