「The condo is in a great location on the ground floor. The sound of the river out back is so relaxing. The place is very clean and well appointed. The washer & dryer being in the unit was a huge benefit. It was a perfect base for hiking in the White Mountains.」

「We had really nice time with our kids at this spot! Very close to the mountain and big enough for all of us to enjoy and hang out. The couches were really a plus. Five recliners made watching the playoffs super fun, and the beds and bedrooms worked out great.」

「My two children and I stayed here for a few days. The condo was very clean and cozy. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool on sight, but really loved the path behind the building that led to a beautiful river spot. Everything was wonderful with our stay. 」

The listing and pictures are pretty accurate so we were not surprised by anything and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again. Swimming in the river is just steps a way and the bike path to town and loon is right by the entrance to the property. 」
