「本次住二晚。銀卡會員礼遇紅酒，沒有準備，員工說不知道，會問主管，如有隔天補。隔天出去玩回來，再問櫃台，員工說是我的錯，因為我出去門口掛請勿打擾，送不進來，直接說我的錯。 早上餐廳有老先生打破餐具，幾位服務人員在旁邊，沒有幫忙，老先生自己慢慢撿。 服務待加強。」

「舒適的飯店，服務人員親切，在港口對面，每天都可看到郵輪進出。飯店的出入口不在大馬路那邊，而是要繞到後面。 離巴士總站近(走路約5分鐘400公尺)，從飯店往古城的方向走約200公尺就有公車站到古城區(公車票可上車跟司機買，但較貴；也可跟公車票亭買，較便宜，但有營業時間限制，可先預買)，回程時原本去程的公車站對面無站牌，需在前一站下車，或坐到公車總站。」

「Really good value in pricy Dubrovnik - good room with adjecent bathroom. Near to bus for old town, short work round the coast for a small beach, pleasant walk around the marina to /from ferries and bus station. Cooking facilities and lovely terrace overlooking the bay. Friendly welcome from staff」

「New hotel offered good rate in non peak seasons. The room is small but new and good condition. If the shower got better glass shield and floor not so wet from the shower would have been even better. The bed sheet and comforter are not as silky smooth and good so there is room to improve. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with good restaurants and supermarkets. 10-15 mins bus ride to old town Good wifi fast check in and staff are friendly and speak good English.」

「第一天入住，對於窗外的景色不甚滿意，因為是訂海景房，但看出去的景色被附近的地形及建物擋住八九成，對於這樣的海景房有些失望。透過 Hotels.com 的意見回復，隔天，飯店的接待經理立刻幫我換房間，還出面跟我解說，服務好的讓我有點受寵若驚。雖然是商務出差，大部分時間都得出門去開會，但是每天早上起床躺在床上看到美麗的海景，心情還是高興的。可惜是冬天來住，湛藍的海水跟美麗的海灘都無法使用，希望有機會可以再來這邊住，享受一下美麗的海灘跟清澈的海水。」
