The studio was nice, clean, comfortable and quiet. There is designated parking for the unit, and the location is excellent, just a short walk to restaurants, shops, marinas and the beach. I enjoyed eating dinner a block or two from the studio, and walking to the beach for a sunset over Lake Michigan. I would definitely stay there again!

We wouldn’t change a thing! We loved the location. Very clean and comfortable. Much better than a hotel room at the same price. The mini kitchen was perfect for chilling wine, morning coffee and heating up leftovers. We are already planning our return next summer. Thank you.

I ended up leaving after one night. I could not get in . i called the host and left a message and texted him and did not receive an answer over several hours. I was finally able to get in and then discovered an infestation of spiders. When I turned the lights off, a strong light entered from outside creating a bright streak across the ceiling through a high uncurtained window. I left the next morning because I was not going to spend my day trying to communicate with an unresponsive host and possibly spending another uncomfortable night. I'm trying to upload a picture of one of the spiders but it's not working. I set a complete description of the problems to the host and also to VRBO support. I think I deserve at least a partial refund for having my vacation ruined. I go to Frankfort every year and it is virtually impossible to finda place of any kind last minute. I chose to drive home.

My twin sister and my 6# dog, Eddi, had an absolutely lovely stay. Everything was so clean and comfortable and we loved the downtown atmosphere. The marina was a great place to hike Eddi and the beach was a beautiful walk. Our older sister would have loved to been there with us but she had hip surgery scheduled so was not able to make it. Although, if the upstairs apartment is available for us three, we certainly would be interested. Thank you so much for making our vacation a great memory!

Misleading pictures.

We were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary. We found this studio which was fine because it appeared to have a deck, grill and marina view. Site had 12 pictures. 2 of the pictures showed a marina in rear of property and a wood deck with a grill. Those 2 pics were from the 2 bdrm “luxury “ property above our studio. I called the contact person and she stated, “ no one else has complained of the pics” , then offered to allow us to walk outside, go through another locked door and up the stairs to the deck. Silly offer. We thought we rented a property that had the marina view with a deck and a grill, we got mislead. When I stated the mislead part, she said she couldn’t help us if that’s the way we felt. She stated we were looking at the 2 bdrm property description. Not true. We never saw a 2 bdrm luxury listing for $700 nor would we look at it. She handled this issue totally wrong.

Quaint little studio!!

Will definitely stay here again. Very quite,clean comfortable place to stay. Within walking distance to everything. Bed was so comfortable as were the sitting chairs to watch TV. Only thing I wished for was some cream and sugar for the coffee.

Great Location, Excellent Property Manager

Great studio apartment in the heart of downtown Frankfort, next to Crescent Bakery. Stayed over 4th of July, having the convenience of private parking and being able to walk to everything was wonderful. Studio was very clean and well equipped, seems to be recently renovated and provided more than enough space for my spouse and I during our stay. Property manager is very responsive, don’t hesitate to book this property! Looking forward to staying here again on our next trip.

Nice studio

This studio is in a great location just of Main st. Easy walk to bakery,coffee shops, restaurants etc. Very clean with a kitchenette behind closet doors. Lake Michigan sunsets are just a stroll down the street. Parking is very convenient . Highly recommend.
