「The hosts have done a very nice job fixing up the inside of this house. It is very comfortable.A previous review mentioned the road noise. Yes, if you're sitting in the front of the house during busy times you are certainly aware of it. But it didn't disturb our sleep or stay at all.」

「The cabin was nice but the location is what made the trip perfect. If you want to be secluded and by the water, this is the place for you. We were able to float from Big Eddy put in spot on the Mulberry river directly to our cabin. This particular spot on the Mulberry is really beautiful. If you aren't wanting to float it's still a great place to enjoy the water and hang out. The cabin had everything that we needed for our weekend. It could have been a little cleaner but nothing was a deal...

「Beautiful and cozy. Everything you need after a long day of exploring. Loved seeing the plane take off and land right in back yard. Only concern is- if you are on motorcycle- beware of driveway, especially during rain - not for beginner drivers. 」

「I cannot say enough good things about this property and the host. We were in for a wedding at the winery. Close proximity and such a fun and comfortable stay. Our host was super responsive and accommodating. The house is beautifully furnished and the kitchen did not lack anything for a weekend of meal preps. S’mores by the fire pit were the cherry on the top!」

「Squirrel got into the electric lines and there was not electricity at first but owner and property manager quickly got the electric company there to fix it. Water pressure could have been a little better and perhaps a 3 pm check in instead of 4 when you are going to wdding. Otherwise Wonderful and I would recommend to all. 「Me and a couple of friends got together to write some songs and hangout. It was perfect for us. No distractions. No one bothered us. Private. All stores were only a couple of miles away. Great weekend.」

「This is a great house! One level which is great for me having hip replacement surgery in two weeks. Three bedrooms though the husband and I only used two. (I also use a CPAP and the dogs sleep with me.) Very spacious and would be great even if our adult kids had gone within us! Will stay here again and recommend it to anyone. No neighbors and close enough to food and our family who live in Arkansas. Perfect rental property and the extra touches were very appreciated. 」
