「Super clean! Breakfast great! The only problem was that I went from far and pick this hotel mainly because on the heated pool , on phone they told me the pool was around 82/88 and didn’t happen when I was there. I was sad and since the kids were skiing all day that was the only thing we were going to do sit by the pool but couldn’t put my feet inside. Super cold and I was super desapointed. So if you go for the pool forget it. Pick a different place but every thing else was good.」

「Amazing stay for 2 nights. Quaint little cottage type rooms well maintained and very comfortable. (Only suggestion would be at least one sitting chair slightly higher for older folks.) Nice area to visit and explore as well. Was probably the best away from home stay I have had in many years. Would HIGHLY recommend if need a place in the PA or North NJ area look into it.」

「The room was spotless and I have all the space I need to be extremely comfortable. The host and hostess have gone out of their way to make me comfortable. The motel is surrounded by gorgeous views of the mountains and there are shops nearby for anything anyone might need. The motel is a wonderful place to stay and rest. I highly recommend the Appalachian Motel. Definitely a 5 star experience. 」

「Very clean and spacious room. Given the price point I think it’s such good value. I would recommend anyone to book here. There’s also a holiday inn right next to this location.. avoid that lol. It’s very similar pricing but you get more for your money at the residence inn. 」

「I’ve traveled extensively over the years, and I can honestly say, this is the BEST hotel ever. Wonderful staff! Sachi and Nina made me feel at home. I believe that people who are eager to help travelers make or break a hotel. Very clean, with beautiful and orderly decor. I’ve taken pictures and put them on my Facebook page. It was a refreshing experience, and a first time meeting such nice hosts. 」
