I’m also not convinced we received the room category we booked. The room had a broken toilet seat, and given the annex has only four rooms, basic amenities like a kettle and coffee maker should be provided. “We had a great time in Gallipoli and it was in part to the wonderful family that took care of us as if we were their family. The owners Raffaella, Giuseppe and Ferdinando were amazing. They cooked a wonderful breakfast in the morning which they served on the terrace with amazing views. They brought us back and forth from our car to the hotel whenever we asked. “Das Zimmer war stets sauber, das Personal hilfsbereit, individuell eingestellt, höflich. Ich fühlte mich sicher und gut aufgenommen. Das Essen Frühstück und Dinner waren sehr gut und habe ich oft genutzt. Auch den zusätzlichen Service wie Massage (Bamboo) war sehr gut. Was mir leider nicht gefallen hat: Leider erlebt man immer häufiger, dass Familien mit Kleinkindern der Meinung sind, sie seien alleine auf der Welt. “Trevligt och stort boende med bra sociala ytor. Kommunikation på engelska mycket dålig och fick ingen introduktion till boendet. Svårt att hitta parkering på den allmänna parkeringen vissa tider på dagen (mot kostnad)”
