Great house, horrible customer service

The house itself was great, but customer service was the most unhelpful, incompetent, rude and frustrating experience, so hopefully you don't accidentally lock yourself out of the house because you won't have a way to get back in.

We had two families on vacation together that stayed at the Modern Mountain View property. Overall it was a great location and we loved the double decks with the great sunset views. The layout worked well visiting with two families and the kids enjoyed the upstairs loft. We had plenty of space, the furnishings were nice and kitchen well supplied. The only hiccup was the door handle, unfortunately it was really easy to get locked out. We had to call Vacasa and they weren't the most helpful in resolving the issue quickly. I talked to the local property manaer and she was wonderful. She also assured me the owners were going to get it resolved. If that happens we would absolutely come back and stay here for another vacation!
